• Designed and implemented new management structure for a local partner of a US Foundation. Innovated better
ways of saving operational costs and increased amount of support for orphans sponsored by a local partner in
Tanzania.
• As a sole contact point for Mwangaza Foundation USA, managed to conduct intense negotiations with local
community in Songea.
• Environmental analysis that led to design and implementation of strategic plan for Widows Support and
Empowerment Organization (WISEO) of Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
• Trained the Management Team of WISEO on marketing as a result, management implemented a successful
marketing campaign. Marketing now includes tools such as Blog, Facebook Fan Page and a strategic partnership
