Personal Review: EVGA 512-P3-N956-TR e-GeForce 9500 GT
512 MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card
I use this card for programming with CUDA for a research project I am
working on. I have a 9800 GT in my machine at work, and although the
9500 does not have nearly as many multi-processors or memory
bandwidth, I can't say I've noticed a big drop in performance. Additionally,
it runs fine with the stock 350 W power supply in my home PC, and
installation took less than five minutes.
I don't do much gaming, but with the addition of this card, my Windows
Vista graphics ratings went from 3.0's to 5.8 and 5.9 each.
Lastly, the price was great! I considered buying a 9800 or even a 9600,
but I they were each over $100, and I would have most likely needed to
upgrade my power supply. This card worked with my existing system, and
with the manufacturer's rebate, it cost only around $65.
This card has performed better than I'd hoped at a price that was lower
than was expected. I would highly recommend this card for those trying to
learn CUDA.

I saw this movie on tv and more
you did see something.
I saw this movie on tv and must admit it kept me on the edge of my seat. It wasn't like other shark movies, sure it had lot's of sharks and bloody scenes but it seemed to be a turn on every corner especially the ending with a twist that I never saw before in a shark film. Guess that's why it was on Sci Fi channel. less
