For the price, Panasonic has the best quality cordless phone headsets
money can buy. I have this model as well as one that goes over the head
and they both are exceptional for sound and voice quality. Everyone I've
talked to using this unit say they hear me loud and clear. I've talked to
someone else with this unit and I hear them crystal clear. When you first
put the unit on it's not a natural fit, or at least it wasn't for me. The around
the ear loop stuck out on the outer part of my ear. The fit is a bit awkward
at first but if you work with it, it will adjust nicely to your ear. For me, the
key was to rock the over the ear loop towards my head to get the best fit. I

hope that method works for you too. I am a real stickler for quality and I
think you'll find this product first rate.
