Great, Easy To Use Camera, Great Quality Pics
The Canon SureShot Tele 80 camera is a straightforward 35mm point-and-
shoot. The 38/80mm dual focal-length lens enables you to capture a
landscape in wide-angle mode or create a close-up portrait in telephoto
mode at the press of a button. All major camera operations, such as focus
and exposure, are automatic, as is the built-in flash with red-eye
reduction. The real-image viewfinder makes it easy to see what you are
shooting, and you can use the 10-second self-timer if you want to include
yourself in the picture. Canon offers a one-year warranty on parts and
labor for the SureShot Tele 80.
Personal Review: Canon Sure Shot Tele 80 35mm Camera
Yo, If you are thinking about buying this I would highly reccomend it. The
dual-focus lens seems to bother some people, but it is actually this
camera's strongest point. Being able to have a dual-focus lens, you are
able to take advantage of the higher quality photos that will result. The red-
eye doesn't seem to work as well as it should--(although, I don't really think
that any camera can prevent red-eye). The "Auto" mode is the one that I
always use, it is the easiest and most fool-proof. It also has a self timer,
NO FLASH, and FLASH ON modes. It has spot-focusing which works
exceptionally well. I really reccomend either using a local 1 hr. lab (a
camera shop...not KMart or Target), or using one of the upscale mail-order
labs. The photo quality blew me away. I was so amazed at the quality of
the photos that resulted. It was almost better than photo quality of an SLR.
Good Luck!
