Be careful! Why? Well... you may not be able to play older games with this
card haha.
Really though, I was playing Painkiller Black Edition and upgraded to this
card (from two 2600 crossfired cards) and now I can't play the game
because all the monsters are wicked fast lol.
Other things to know:

The card is hot hot hot. I thought that was just the x2 version with two
gpu's but the single version seems to run at about the same temp - around
70c wow!
The card is huge in length. I have a mid tower (brand new Cooler Master
690 No P/s) and it fit with very little room to spare. If your case is on the
smallish side you may want to take measurements and look at what power
connections, ide or sata connections, or power cables might be in the way.
This card requires two power connections.
You really will need good air flow in your case or water cooling with this
card. The ambient temps in my case (according to Everest Ultimate) runs
around 32c. My old case ran about 10 degrees hotter around 45c. As hot
as this card is I don't think it would have worked very well in my old case.
Something to consider.
As far as performance of the card ... it performs as a top tier card should. I
don't have anything to stress it with at the moment but there are plenty of
reviews available on the internet that thoroughly detail the technical side. I
couldn't compete with that so I won't try.
I highly recommend the CM690 by the way. Great looking case and very
well designed too.
