The Aim: The aim of the program is to inspire and educate each individual to take positive steps toward taking full responsibility for their own health and well-being. “Global Wellness” provides the guidance and tools a person needs to continually progress forward each month to achieve an advanced state of good health and a heightened sense of well-being. The bonus for you as an employer is that the program can be delivered at a cost of $12 per month, per employee, with no work interruptions at all. Normally, programs involve seminars and events that require people to leave their work stations. As an employer you can deliver this any way you choose. For example, you may wish to fund it for the 6 months to a year, then ask employees to contribute half ($1.50 per week), from there on. This helps to add to the “taking personal responsibility” element of the program. It would be incredible to kick this program off as soon as possible. The New Year is just starting to gain momentum and many staff will have recently returned from the holiday season festivities. Research shows that health and weight are a major concern for people at this time. The other great benefit of this program is the ripple effect. Staff will be able to freely share their resources with family and loved ones. Your contribution in supporting your staff could well have a 10 to 100 fold ripple effect into the community.
