Quite often I will have patients referred to be for treatment of gum recession. Sometimes this recession is quite severe. In cases where 16 teeth with recession defects I often use an acellular dermal matrix (ADM) product to correct the problem. In this case ADM was used in all four quadrants. The patient was VERY happy with the results!
