  • 5. A new home for our four-legged friends!
  • 6. Palm Springs tourism experiences major improvement.
  • 7. Saguaro Hotel set to reopen in February, featuring restaurantfrom celebrity chef Jose Garces.
  • 8. A new Air Traffic Control Tower at Palm SpringsInternational Airport under construction.
  • 9. Start spreading the news about New York, New York!
  • 10. CareFusion stays in Palm Springs.
  • 11. Downtown Palm Springs experiences a revitalizationhighlighted by restaurant openings and remodels
  • 12. The new Coachella Valley iHub and CVEP RabobankRegional Business Center are now open for business!
  • 13. The Palm Springs International Film Festival raises the success bar!
  • 14. New Homes are being built at Escena, The Morrison and Terra Vita.Many other stalled residential projects are beginning to be revived.
