  • 1. Digital manipulation andrestoration of photography by John Laprairie
  • 2. My wife and I,our Simpsons avatarand a polaroid composite The original photo had to have the heads covered by the avatar heads, the shirt color modified, the necklace, hair and chest colored and drawn, the arm replaced, the marquee adjusted and the polaroid mask
  • 3. The original seaplane photo was quite damaged, particularlythe top left sky and the rear portion of the aircraft. Therewas also a lot of scratches and marks on the photograph. Theoriginal sky was a little bland so I replaced it with moving, wispy clouds. I also sharpened the photo while addingincreased contrast.
  • 4. The original seaside photo was quite damaged by water. It wasa scanned image, Particularly the top left sky and the lowerportion of the image. There was also a lot of scratches andmarks on the photograph. The lines had to removed and theseashore fixed. The photo also had some bright areas from thescanning that had to be darkened. I also sharpened the photowhile adding increased contrast.
  • 5. The aircraft lithograph was taken with an Iphone throughglass. The angle created some reflections of a nearby walland door. I needed to correct the reflection and fix thepropeller and left wing. The right wing was extended and theclouds created behind it. Slight color correction to the wholephoto to brighten it up.
