Be perfect through Stock Market Lesson&lt;br /&gt;In our school life, we study a lot to stand 1st in class similarly in stock market, if you want to gain profit just make yourself perfect through stock market lesson. Without introducing yourself and without taking interest, how can you know anything perfectly? If you have a dream to make money but confused in taking your first step in the world of stock market, no need to be worried, we are providing you a stock market lesson which will give you a lot of knowledge, on behalf of that knowledge you can trade in market confidently.&lt;br /&gt;You firstly come to know about some basic definitions through which you can understand the market better. &lt;br /&gt;Private companies: - The companies which don’t want public interference. They don’t sell their shares in market. &lt;br /&gt;Public companies: - The companies which give their shares to public so that people may buy and trade and the company will take profit. &lt;br /&gt;Shares: - It is the part of company’s ownership in form of certificates.&lt;br /&gt;Initial Public Offer: - No one can buy or sell any company’s shares directly from the market. Before coming in market, a company issues the shares as IPO, on a fixed day a company enters in the market. This is the process to be listed in stock market.&lt;br /&gt;For gaining profit, different companies sell some part of their company’s ownership, so that people may buy and trade, that part is called share. There are two types of trades:- &lt;br /&gt;<ul><li>Market Trade: - When you buy or sell the stocks depends on movement of market that is called market trade.
  • 2. Limit Trade: - When you buy penny stocks, you always use a limit order that is called limit trade. In penny stocks, there is always a risk that a particular stock may out of the market so for security sake, the broker company fixed your limit according to your capital.</li></ul>There are three kinds of shares those are a) Restricted shares b) float shares c) outstanding shares. Restricted shares are the shares which are bought and trade by insiders. Float shares are sent in market so that general public may or trade in their company. &lt;br /&gt;Outstanding shares = Restricted shares + float shares.
