The Need
The workplace has become more diverse
Regulations and Laws are more complex
Employees are more sophisticated and understand their rights
Civil litigation has increased dramatically
Penalties are expensive, sometimes catastrophic
No employer is immune
HR Staff need a knowledge base
Knowledge is a value add
How the program was designed
EANJ researched and evaluated the types of HR/Legal issues most members experience
EANJ evaluated emerging issues that create new challenges
The feedback of the membership was obtained. About 10% of the membership responded directly to a survey
Feedback ranging from content & price to time & location was incorporated
Everything was considered and most was incorporated
The Results
In post-Program surveys:
100% of participants ranked program as meeting or exceeding expectations
100% of participants said they would recommend the Program to others
98% ranked Program “Excellent” on all quality criteria

CLASS SIZE and PREPARATION TIME
Limited to 28 participants per location. First come-first serve basis. All course materials included. Participants may be assigned readings in preparation for each session.

Sessions are conveniently located at Crowne Plaza in Fairfield and the Holiday Inn of Princeton .
CERTIFICATE AND CREDITS
Participants required to attend 9 of 10 Sessions to receive Certificate of Achievement. Each session is approved for 2.75 HRCI Credits.
