Lessons and Suggestions• Clarify  mutual  expectaEons  up  front -­‐ we  commi)ed  for  the  long  term  (2+  years) -­‐ take  stock  of  everyone’s  strengths  and  limita<ons• Keep  lines  of  communicaEon  wide  open• If  involving  students,  link  to  a  milestone• Keep  the  other’s  perspecEve  in  mind,   always• Maintain  flexibility  at  every  step
