With experience from both in house development and from being a consultant I'm used to tight deadlines while focusing on the user/customer needs. That said, I'm very pragmatic. I like working in an agile environment and I have also worked with off shore developers in India. That experience learnt me that there can never be too much communication, and it is essential to the projects success to manage expactations.
