B Believable - Be positive and believe you can achieve the goal. C Conceivable - Imagine the goal, imagine achieving it. Think through what you need to do. D Desirable - Choose the goal you really want. If you are half hearted about it, then you will find it very hard to succeed Jo Hart – Learning Plan Oct 2012
