How you are perceivedshapes how your business relationship develops.•How you interact with your customers, there are several vehicles•Website – 24/7 shop window.•Newsletters/email marketing – updates and reminders to your customerof what products and services you offer.•Advertising and PR – Memory joggers and information in press and on theInternet.•Telemarketing – either opening doors or building relationships for your salesTeam.•Brochures, leaflets and hand outs – printed marketing collateral is crucial toKeeping your customers informed.
