  3. 3. <ul><li>A Granny Smith apple tree. Whitey says it took only two years before it started to bear fruit. </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>“ I have about a dozen different fruits growing here and two dozen vegetables” says Lueck. </li></ul>
  5. 7. <ul><li>“ My dad grew all our food, that’s just what we did.” </li></ul>
  6. 8. <ul><li>Lueck moved into this house in 1998. </li></ul>
  7. 11. <ul><li>“ I wanted to show people that composting is not as smelly or dirty a process than they might think, so I put these where everyone can see them.” </li></ul>
  8. 15. <ul><li>“ It takes about 15 minutes a day on average to maintain this garden.” </li></ul>
