Creative Commons in the ClassroomHey all - just so you know, I’ve updated the slide show to fix a few errors. After all the attention it’s been getting thanks to Darren Draper’s recommendation (http://drapestakes.blogspot.com/2008/12 /educators-guide-to-creative-commons.ht ml), I thought I’d better polish it up. (Thanks Darren!)
And sorry, as part of the process I’ve had to change the licence from my default BY to BY-NC. I realised that some of the material I used was BY-NC, and there’s a bit of debate about whether you can use BY-NC material in a BY work. So I decided to be on the safe side to add the extra restriction.
This shouldn’t affect most people. If you do want to make a commercial use, just let me know.2 years ago

Creative Commons in our SchoolsHey Mark - Jessica Coates from Creative Commons Australia here. Great presentation - in fact, I’m thinking of stealing some of your slides for my presentations. Under the terms of the licence, of course!
Update - here’s the presentation where I drew on your slides: http://www.slideshare.net/Jessicacoates/creative-commons-in-the-classroom-presentation/
And more fun, here they are in Spanish: http://www.slideshare.net/Jessicacoates/creative-commons-en-el-aula-presentation/
Let me know if the Attribution’s ok?2 years ago
