    5. The following facts help dispel common fears about purchasing your home :
      • If you are renting, you very likely can afford to purchase a home.
      • There is no wrong time to buy. Just make sure that the home is a good buy, and that you have the financial ability to stay in the home for a long time. If you are a frequent mover there are good buys for you out there too.
      • A less than perfect credit score does not necessarily mean a road block to home ownership.
