Merken monitor                                                               Waar in de vorige editie de adoptie van social media onder merken op
                                                                             35 procent lag, is dat percentage in de derde editie gestegen naar 67
                                                                             procent. Over de gehele linie zijn merken actiever geworden in social

                                                                             jaar naar 39 merken dit jaar. De structurele aanwezigheid van mer-
