    RPTV
    It means rear-projection TV. It comes from the fact that the image is projected and reflected onto the screen from behind the screen.

    CRT(cathode ray tube) is a vacuum tube containing an electron gun. Color tubes use three different phosphors which emit red, green, and blue.

    OLED TV
    OLED(Organic light emitting diode) TV is the next big thing in displays and television devices.
    It is vey light and has flexibility, so we are looking forward to using it in very different ways such as watch industry.

    Liquid-crystal display television(LCD TV) are television sets that use LCD display to technology to produce images.
    what is LCD?
    A liquid crystal display(LCD)is a flat panel display, electronic visual display, video display that uses the light modulating properties of liquid crystals (LCs).
    Strength.
    1. They are usually more compact, lightweight, portable, less expensive, more reliable, and easier on the eyes than CRT(Cathode ray tube) .
    2. They are available in a wider range of screen sizes than CRT and plasma displays.
    3. Since they do not use phosphors, they cannot suffer image burn-in.

    PDP TV
    A plasma display panel(PDP) is a type of flat panel display . It have possibility to make large TV display 30 inches or larger. They are also called “plasma” displays because the technology utilizes small cells containing electrically charged ionized gases.
