Firstly, the masthead is created withdiamonds which associate bling culture and also hip-hop as manyhip-hop artists wear lots of jewellery and bling as shown by the mainimage of Baby and Lil Wayne. The red colour in the mastheadtypically connotates the colour of power and passion as this is alsoportrayed by the main image as the two men are showing confidenceand power in their posture, the main image is also stereotypical asthey are wearing a lot of heavy jewellery which signifies wealth andshows a lot of tattoos which connotates masculinity. The main coverline grabs attention to hip hop audience and also connotatesmasculinity as it is designed in block letters. The additional cover lineare in upper case letter to make the other artists stand out too, italso has a colour scheme of black and white. Alliteration in the puffmakes it memorable and the word dominance portrays hip hop andthe power of it.
