At the start of the management contract, we perform the following services: Site inspection and preparation of a prioritized punch list Implementation of a preventive maintenance programs for all major systems Preparation of formal operating budget for the fiscal year Creation of a complete set of property management and accounting files Format recommendation for accounting record retention Abstract all leases and issue letters to all tenants Review of existing contracts / sub-contractors to determine standards of quality, service and pricing
