I have worked inthe telecommunications industryforthe past16 years,with Comcast(Xfinity). During

I was an advancedtechnicianatComcast, mainlyonthe commercial side of the business. Mypassion

company. I installedandservicedHigh-SpeedInternet,Digital Voice, BusinessVoice Edge,Q2Q
Hospitality,andPRITrunking. Educatingcustomersonourproducts,upsellingservicestoimprove profit
margin, and offeringagreatcustomerexperience wasalwaysmymissioninbeinganowner versus
renterwiththe company.
The company investedinmygrowthandassignedme tomultiplechallengingprojects duringmy
journey. IhelpedlaunchXfinityHome Securityinourregion,aswell asthe new X1 platform. Asan
expertonproductknowledge, Iwasone of the leadorganizersandtrainersinourmarketwhen we
launchednewproducts.
One of mymost gratifyingachievementswithComcastwasmynomination,byseniorleadership,for
“LinkedtoLeadership.” Thiswasa 6 monthprogram designedto furtherenhance myleadershipskills. I
coordinatedwithmyfellowteammemberstodevelopa projectthathelpedincreasethe Overall
ComcastCustomerExperience. The initiative was “Voiceof the Customer,”anditfocusedon howwe
couldincrease ouroverall customerexperience byarrivingatsolutionswithin all cross-functional teams
of the business. We presentedthe projectinDenver,Coloradoinfrontof seniorleadership;itwasa
great success. Thisexperience hasstrengthenedmyskillsinorganizational management,influencing
