With 30 iPad and 1 Cisco AP, a stable e-Learning environment was created at CSS for 4 weeks. 2. 29 Maths and English lessons were conducted using iPad, within a 4- week try-out period. Involved 3 teachers and 2 class levels. 3. Seamlessly integrate lesson plans with 10 iPad apps through 4 co-plan 3 3. Received 160+ YouTube pageviews and 140+ Facebook “Like” from students, parents, teachers, alumni, and general public. (as of 7th May 2012) 5. An infrastructure upgrade plan is agreed. A 3-year e-Learning roadmap is drafted. 6. Contributed to HK Digital Academy (YouTube channel co-managed with Google) on teaching P.5 volume.

Collected statistics on the current situation of students’ technology resources – Identified 11% students do not have Internet access to learn at home, and 50% students’ computers were acquired at least 4 years before. – For BYOD, students prefer to bring laptop (59.5%). While 62.2% students could bring a laptop and 51.4% could bring an iPad, 8.3% students do not have any mobile computer to be brought to school. 2. Identified that parents are very interested in workshop about proper use of social media, followed by computer basics, and Internet safety.

Create your optimal mix between online and offline resources and tasks 7. Be prepared for network problem. It is far too easy to 15 support your iPad lessons 3. Leverage IT lessons to teach common apps like Explain Everything 4. Paid apps worth the money 5. According to your teaching objectives, choose between individual work and group work problem. It is far too easy to happen.
