    • The following slides review one Microsoft Access database project authored exclusively by Jed Morris.
    • Technologies demonstrated are: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, VBA development.
    • This database was developed during a six month sabbatical in Guyana South America for use in monitoring AIDS prevention programs.

    • Program Areas : Six primary program areas
    • Reports : 14 detail and summary reports
    • Admin : Security, backup, support, etc.
  • Community Outreach
    • Community Outreach – one of six program areas
    • Complex system capable of supporting the work of many AIDS prevention agencies
    • Widely endorsed by agencies and the national Ministry of Health

    • Multi-Session Training – a second of the six program areas
    • This system replaced cumbersome manual monitoring
    • Quality monitoring is having a direct impact on national public health policy
