What is Shared Leadership? Conger and Pearce (2003): “A dynamic, interactive influence process among individuals in groups for which the objective is to lead one another to the achievement of group or organizational goals or both” “A team property whereby leadership is distributed among team members rather than focused on a single designated leader” (p. 1217).
