UNECE PPP Initiative International PPP Centre of Excellence: UNECE Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Initiative• At its second session in December 2009, the Team agreed on the need for an international PPP centre and supported the initiative to set up the International PPP Centre of Excellence under the auspices of the UNECE• At its fifth session, CECI expressed support for its establishment, and noted that the Centre has the potential to become an effective vehicle for the exchange of good practices and policy experiences.• The Bureau of TOS PPP agreed on the governance and organisational architecture that includes Specialist Centres responsible for specific sectors.
