Animal Cruelty The Humane Society of the United States. Fatima Rubalcava
We work to reduce suffering and to create meaningful social change for animals by advocating for sensible public policies, investigating cruelty and working to enforce existing laws, educating the public about animal issues, joining with corporations on behalf of animal-friendly policies, and conducting hands-on programs that make ours a more humane world. We are the lead disaster relief agency for animals, and we provide direct care for thousands of animals at our sanctuaries and rescue facilities, wildlife rehabilitation centers, and mobile veterinary clinics
This foundation goes above and beyond for the health and well being of all kinds of animals.
It ensures a better quality of living for these creatures who are more than just animal, and more like family members.
Animals in need
Providing people with the appropriate canine best friend, in other words adoption.
A safe and clean environment for all types of animals in need.
The way the donators take action in the foundation is obviously by donating. The way that critical action works is very simple. Only by you looking at their “depressing” commercials, they hook you and make you want to do a change, and you do so by donating to the foundation.
Critical thinking can be applied to this foundation by connecting it to such things as to have integrity and to think ahead.
If you are looking to be a part of the change, and in helping an animal in need.
You can become a monthly donor.
Or just make simple donations.
My story behind choosing this foundation has to do with my dog. When she was just 2 months she was abused and neglected and she was about to be put down. The way that she was able to come back to life was amazing. Just what a little bit of care and love did for her, could also be the story for other animals as well.
The way the foundation meets the communities need is by providing shelters all over the nation for homeless animals. Then nice and caring people go and adopt animals from those establishments.
