  5. 5. Wellness is multi-dimensional and holistic, encompassing lifestyle, mental and spiritual well-being, and the environment.<br />

  9. 9. EMOTIONAL<br />You have awareness and acceptance of your feelings. Emotional wellness includes the degree to which you feel positive and enthusiastic about yourself and your life. <br />

EMOTIONAL<br />Relationships have mutual respect, trust and commitment.<br />Awareness and acceptance of feelings – your feelings and other’s feelings.<br />Express emotions freely and appropriately.<br />Positive outlook and enthusiasm for life.<br />Autonomy and independence.<br />Realistic assessment of strengths, talents and abilities.<br />Ask for support and assistance when needed – recognize interdependence with others.<br />Cope effectively with stress. Manage conflicts, challenges and risks, and the related emotions.<br />
