Web site points to social media, Twitter and Facebook, where the user gets all the information from customer support that is always awake.

Real time customer support on social network is the first of this kind among mobile operators in Croatia. In the first week the page has reached 6.000 fans. Promotion of Facebook Fan Page has been realised through Social Ad campaign.
