Jan Br á zda
J an Brazda joined Constellation in October 2009. His background is in line management – firstly in sales, marketing and finally in general management. In his career Jan spent six years as MD in World Trade Center Czech Republic working for a company that specialized in high level international business networking, organizing business missions accompanying Czech President Vaclav Havel and Prime Minister Vaclav Klaus on official state visits. From 1999 Jan spent six years managing the CEE regional activities of American Express , one of the largest global credit cards and business travel services providers. During this period Jan and his team introduced many new products in CEE region, including new AMEX Corporate Cards in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Russia. In 2005 Jan became a CEE Managing Director for Hays Specialist Recruitment , one of the biggest international recruitment firms. Jan completely restructured Hays business in Poland and launched Hays operations in Hungary and Slovakia. Over the years in line management Jan recruited many top managers for his teams in different markets, especially in the fields of Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing and HR. In 2008 Jan joined two other local partners in Prague office of Spencer Stuart , one of the global leaders providing executive search services. Jan is a very well known and respected member of the Czech business community and has been serving currently his fifth term as a Board member of American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic. In 2008 Jan was elected to the position of Vice President of Amcham and he was again re-elected in 2009. Jan earned Master's degree from University of Economics Prague and International Executive MBA from University of Pittsburgh. He speaks Czech, English, Russian, French and German.

Interim management is the temporary provision of management resources and skills.
