  • Why is this? This is something I've tacked with on many levels, even in being self- employed I found that the thing that I missed the most was the pressure to hold my weight as part of a team and I'm an introvert who isn't really into people! More info on: http://kudoshealthclub.com/trainers/
  • When it comes to losing weight or doing anything on our own, our self-love will allow us to accept ourselves in any form. That form could be someone who just broke their diet and stuffed their face with cookies or someone who has put off exercising for months. More info on: http://kudoshealthclub.com/trainers/
  • We love our selves so much that we will defend any choice that we make, even ones that are harmful to us. There's even a TED Talks about this subject and how you must create a support system and an accountability system to achieve weight loss goals or any goals at all.   • This is what personal trainers do for us, they give us an accountability partner and someone not to let down. They even unconsciously, on our end, provides us with a form of self consciousness where we want to present out best and in this frame our best consists of eating right and exercising out butts off.
