  • 2. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 INTRODUCTION A unique, dynamic, preacher and pastor is Michael Yeager from Jesus Is Lord Ministries, located in Cashtown, PA, on Route 30 near Gettysburg. In my experience, there are few who teach and preach like Michael Yeager. I became familiar with Pastor Yeager in 1989/90, when I was going through a “spiritual revolution” in which I was learning what God can do with a single person in order to carry out His work. God uses men and women to be involved in His work. Since, He is no respecter of persons, I was chosen to do a work of His. But, enough on my experience then. I want to get to the journey that this paper reveals. In the Summer of 2013, I was again connected with Pastor Yeager. Having listened to many of his teaching tapes those 23 years ago in 1990, I was interested to see what he was doing today. I had looked him up on Facebook and found a lot more of the type of preaching I was used to hearing from him. Then, suddenly, on September 27, 2013, I saw Pastor Yeager’s open invitation for people to join him on what he called, “My 40 Day Journey”. Below is the opening paragraph of his invitation. The full invitation shown early in this catalogue of his journal entries posted on Facebook. I would like to invite you to come with me on an exciting journey for the next 40 days. In over 38 years of ministry, I have seen God do wonderful, and amazing things. With all that God has done in my life, in the natural I should be satisfied. But I Am Not! There is within me a hunger, and thirs t that is overwhelming. I know there is so much more that God wants to do for all of us. But whether we know it or do not, We Have Limited the Holy One of Israel! God is looking for those who are willing, wanting, and hungering to die to self, that Christ might be magnified and manifested in the earth. Further on in his invitation, Pastor Yeager laid out 8 scripturally based guidelines for the 40 Day Journey, which you can read early in the catalogue of journal entries. On Day 11, Pastor Yeager wrote what I can say are the desired results of following the guidelines. Here is what he said: This is my 11th day on my 40 day journey. You will have to read the previous post to really understand what this journey is all about. It's not about fasting physical food, but striving to give myself completely over to God. This is an absolute necessity if we are to see a mighty move of the Holy Spirit that brings conviction, healing, and deliverance. We must seek the Lord with all of our heart, soul, mind, strength, and being, and then we will find him. Of course, we cannot come to Him, if the Father does not draw us and call us. I accepted Pastor Mike’s invitation to go on the 40 Day Journey. Since he proposed to come along “in What Ever Way God would speak to your heart”, I chose to simply read the daily journal entries on Facebook. I also determine to catalogue all the entries in one document. I completed the 40 Day Journey with Pastor Mike Yeager. In this document you will find all the journal entries by Pastor Yeager, and some by me. At the end of this document, you will find the results of Mike Yeager’s journey and the results of my journey with him. I found that by simply reading the daily journal entries, I was engaged, and thus I was changed through the journey. Thus, one of Pastor Yeager’s goals was accomplished – “to possibly in some way help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God.” This journey has helped me in my endeavor to walk closer with God. I encourage you to read the journal entries and read the results. Carefully read the invitation with its 8 scripturally based guidelines. You can treat this as a daily devotional. You can connect with Pastor Mike on Facebook (DrMichael H Yeager), friend him, listen to his messages (which are probably like you have never or rarely heard), and read his entries. You can start doing your own journal entries. For me, Mike’s “My 40 Day Journey” became “Our 40 Day Journey” and became “A Lifestyle”. Therefore, I invite you, as Pastor Mike invited me and others, to go on this journey, and see your life change . . . in a closer walk with God. Let me know you are on the journey. • 3. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 A TESTIMONY OF A SOJOURNER I accepted the invitation from Michael Yeager to go along on a 40 Day Journey, a journey that Michael called, “My 40 Day Journey”. During the journey, I discovered that it had become “Our 40 Day Journey”, a journey of all of us who responded to the invitation. I finished the full 40 days of the journey. Upon completing the 40 days, I suddenly noticed a difference in my atmosphere , how I was feeling, what I was doing. I also noticed a sudden change in my wife, Yvonne. There was a countenance on her that was very supportive and positive; not that she has not been, but noticeably more than she has been. That change of her directly affected my countenance to her, also being more supportive and positive. Yvonne mentioned that completing the 40 days of a fast or a commitment is necessary to realize the full potential of why the sojourner entered the journey in the first place. The purpose of this journey was “to possibly, in some way, help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God.” That goal appears to have been attained for me and my family. Something is different. Something is just different. There seems to have been some sort of release, a release from worry, a release into more trust in God. Though physical conditions appear the same, there is not worry like there was before taking this journey. In writing this testimony, I selected the word “sojourner” in the above paragraph to mean “one who is on a journey”. Looking up that word, sojourner, I find that it means “a person who resides temporarily in a place” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sojourner). Immediately I recalled the journal entry of Mike Yeager on Day 35, where he said this: What about my 40 Day Journey? Actually what I have done is taken the bull by the horns, and decided 40 days is not enough. This must absolutely be a daily lifestyle until I breathe my last. Once again, I set my heart to seek God. This Must Be a Lifestyle, and not just a 40 day journey! Mike Yeager determined to go on a journey of a limited time, 40 days, and therefore, was going to be sojourner residing temporarily in a place, or on a journey. Then, on Day 35, Mike determined that he should not be a sojourner on a 40 day journey, but he should determine to have a lifestyle of setting his heart to seek God, and do this on a permanent basis. He said, “40 days is not enough. This must absolutely be a daily lifestyle until I breathe my last”. I agree. It is good to be a sojourner going to a temporary place to accomplish a worthy task. But in this case, that which was expected to be temporary has become permanent, even before the 40 days was finished. I went through to the 40th Day to bring a certain closure for me and others who responded to the invitation to take this journey. Though I also desire this to be a lifestyle for me and my family, but I also want to complete this documentary of the journey for the full 40 days, and I have done so. So, the journey, though planned for 40 days, continues beyond the 40 days. The sojourner, a traveler temporarily in a place, has become a perpetual traveler, one who has a lifestyle and a philosophy (a Christian philosophy for the believer). Now get this. Another interesting definition discovered. A perpetual traveler is one who “lives in such a way that they are not considered a legal resident of any of the countries in which they spend time.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perpetual_traveler. As Christians, we are passing through this world (a temporary place) and are citizens of another kingdom, God’s Kingdom. Thus, we are perpetual travelers in this world. Today does not have a number, but is another day of living a lifestyle of seeking God, endeavoring to walk closer with Him. Though this world is a temporary place for us, His people, to sojourn, we are perpetual travelers who will ultimately be with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, in His Heavenly Kingdom perpetually (eternally). Would you like to take a journey? Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 3 of 85

Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager Journal Entry on Facebook September 27, 2013, @ 9:08am near Gettysburg, PA · https://www.facebook.com/docyeager/posts/10200525536089606 My 40 Day Journey Day 1, Morning Friday, September 27, 2013, 9:08 am I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOU TO COME WITH ME ON AN EXCITING JOURNEY FOR THE NEXT 40 DAYS. In over 38 years of ministry I have seen God do wonderful, and amazing things. With all that God has done in my life, in the natural I should be satisfied. But I Am Not! There is within me a hunger, and thirst that is overwhelming. I know there is so much more that God wants to do for all of us. But whether we know it or do not, We Have Limited the Holy One of Israel! God is looking for those who are willing, wanting, and hungering to die to self, that Christ might be magnified and manifested in the earth. 2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. I'm inviting you to come along with me, in What Ever Way, God would speak to your heart. Maybe it is simply to pray that Mike Yeager will die, that Christ might live. I'm using this journal as a motivation to complete the journey. Not in any way, form, or fashion am I endeavoring to impress people with my spirituality. I am hoping and praying, that maybe in some way my feeble endeavor will help others see that it is possible for us to walk with the saints of old have lived and moved! I simply realize that we desperately need a divine intervention of God in our generation like never before. I believe scripturally biblically it has been promised to us. Let me once again state what the purpose of this journal is for, to possibly in some way help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God. There are a number of things that God is quickened to my heart, (by his grace and mercy) that must be established on this journey. These are simply things that God is convicting my heart of. #1. During these 40 days, I must fast my words. What does this mean? I must speak as little as possible. And strive only to speak that which God quickens to my heart. Jesus said that He only spoke with the Father told Him to speak. Now I'm not Jesus, but he is our example. Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. • 6. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 #2. During These 40 Days, I must give myself as much as possible to the word of God, and prayer. I must seek the Lord with my whole heart. It cannot be a lukewarm, lackadaisical, or laid-back attitude. The violent take it by force! Acts 6:4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. #3. During these 40 days, I must cut off any knowledge, information, or unnecessary functions that would interfere with my endeavor to draw close to God. This does not mean that I ignore my necessary responsibilities or relationships. James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. #4. During these 40 days, I must determine in my heart to not grieve the Holy Spirit by speaking evil, thinking evil, doing evil in any given situation. Of course I realize that none of these endeavors can be accomplished within my flesh. But I must completely give myself to trust and confidence in God. And the minute that I miss the will of God, I repent, and get back up, and keep on going. Ephesians 4:29 29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. 30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: #5. During these 40 days, I must instantly (as much as lies within me) obey the leading of the Holy Spirit. I must become sensitive to the word of God, the spirit of God, in His endeavors to reveal to me His perfect will. James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. #6. During these 40 days, I must with violent faith take a hold of the Divine Nature Of the Father. I must yield myself to the fruits of the spirit, the character and nature Of the Holy Trinity! Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. #7. During these 40 days, I will endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Every emotion, attitude, response must be filled with the gentleness, humility, kindness and meekness of Jesus. This must be a moment by moment endeavor. (Jesus please help me, for without you I can do nothing!) 1 Peter 2:23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: #8. During these 40 days, I must truly exercise faith in God, in Christ. I must truly believe that God is going to reward this endeavor to draw close to him. I must do these things in order to help others discover the amazing, awesome, and wonderful things God has for those who seek him with their whole heart. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. • 7. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 I will endeavor as the Holy Spirit moves upon my heart to share with you that which God is doing every day. My heart is filled with great expectation, knowing in whom I believe. That surely rivers of living water will come forth not because of my feeble efforts, but because of the great and precious promises God has given to them who seek him with her whole heart. Now - I truly believe that there are some of you as you are reading these words, that God is quickening it to your heart to join me, as much as it lies within you. I believe with my whole heart that we are on the edge of the greatest revival, awakening, movement of the spirit the world has ever known. This journey began for me early this morning on September 27, 2007. This great endeavor, great battle, great fight of faith has begun. May Christ now be exalted and all that we do and say, for the glory of God the Father! Luke 14:27-29 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. 28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him. COMMENTS James Eugene Barbush That's it! That is it! You have launched on the journey that will truly be what Matthew 6:33 says. I have been wondering about this verse for many months now, wondering how God wants us to put it into action, wondering if it can be done, wondering how to do it. It appears that you have shown the way. ................. I wonder if He will give you a word to go catch a fish, take a gold coin from its mouth, and go pay your taxes. Sounds possible. "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." a few seconds ago · Like James Eugene Barbush I am very much interested in what you are doing and very much wanting to try and even approach doing what you are doing. I want to join you on this journey as much as I can. FIRST, I want to take your daily journals of this journey posted on FB and catalogue them, reading them, and identifying significant points and events. I can share that result with you if you like. SECOND, I want to broadcast what you are do in this and other Social Media, in 2 ways, one with your name and one without your name, to let people know that there is a way to put Matthew 6:33 into action. THIRD, who knows where this will go. It seems that this has come at a specific point in my life where I have been seeking about what to do about Matt 6:33. This could be the answer to that seeking. a few seconds ago DrMichael H Yeager likes this. • 8. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 James Eugene Barbush shared a status. @ DrMichael H Yeager 6 minutes ago Pastor Mike Yesterday, I posted the below message and put it on various FB pages I am associated with. Then today, I read you post about your 40 Day Journey. After reading your post, I put 2 comments to it. I think you have been led to something here that can change how we Christians operate in this world, being in the world but not of it. I find your journey to be quite stirring in me. I have been dwelling on Matthew 6:33 and related verses for many months, and wondering how to put it into action. I think you have struck on an answer......been led to an answer. Here is a presentation I developed several months ago: http://www.slideshare.net/JamesBarbush/bible-seek-first-the-kingdom-of-god-white-background Here is my first effort to broadcast a message about Matthew 6:33: http://g42the42ndgeneration.socialhubsite.com/blog/2013/06/24/seek-first/ Near as I can tell at this moment, since seeing your post at a little after 9 am this morn, downloading it, reading it, cataloguing it, commenting on it, and posting this, and it's now 9:55 am, I am on board for the journey to be changed and become a bigger force on this planet to bring forth His Kingdom in the here and now. I look forward to reading your daily journals on this journey and becoming part in whatever I can. Thank you. James Eugene Barbush 19 hours ago WHAT TO DO? WHAT TO DO? I have been trying to earn an income to supplement my retirement income, because I need to pay my bills. I've been doing that for 3 years now. But I question, what does God mean by Matthew 6:33? "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Those things to be added relate to my economy, such as, what I eat, drink, and wear. He tells me not to worry. He also says that if we do not work, then we do not eat. So, we must work. Right? But what is that work? What is that daily task He wants me to do to earn a living? If I cannot gain a wage in the secular would, can I earn a wage in the spiritual world as a carrier and broadcaster of the Gospel? Would seem so, if I did it right, if I heard Him right. So, as I have applied for secular work, thinking that I should, I have also broadcast the things God has said and shown to me, His truth. It's time. It's time. It's time to broadcast more and more. The world is a mess and WE have the answers. Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 8 of 85

I truly believe that this is a divine unction that is motivating me to seek the face of the Lord. I'm not crying out to God for personal gain, recognition, or power. But my heart is filled with great compassion for the bride of Christ. The belo ved church of Jesus. It Is Time, It Is Time, It Is Time for a mighty move of the Holy Ghost. I praise the Lord for the response’s I have received from those of you who have said Yes, I will join you in this great adventure. The Holy Spirit has been quickening my heart when it comes to this subject of trusting that God is more than able, to do exceedingly abundantly, above all that we asker or think. God boldly declares that He will give us the desires of our heart, if we seek Him with all of our heart. Come Holy Spirit pour out your grace and your power upon your beloved church once again. When I am weak, then He is strong. God desires to do great and mighty things for us, if we would but simply come to Jesus in faith, believing, trusting, and followin g him all the way. But faith without works is dead! When Abraham had placed Isaac upon the altar, as he was lifting his knife to sacrifice his son, an Angel of the Lord called out to him. Do not thy son any harm, because now I know of a surety that you trust me. God requires us to prove that we mean what we say. He requires evidence of our faith, and active obedience, in whatever He has called us to do. As we cry out to God for the next 40 days, with all of our hearts, let us believe for a mighty outpouring. Not because we deserve it, or work for it, but because God desires it more than we desire it. God is looking for those who are serious, desperate, hungry, thirsty, and will not take no for an answer. When I used to be a pilot, I had a checklist that I worked off of before I took off down the runway to fly. I have created this checklist for our spiritual journey in these 8 specific areas that God has quickened to my heart that I must do. #1 Use ................................................godly wisdom for what I say! #2 Give ..............................................myself to the word and prayer! #3 Cut off .........................................all unnecessary information! #4 Grieve not ..................................the Holy Spirit in any form! #5 Instantly obey ...........................the spirit and the word! #6 Violently take a hold of............the divine nature of God! #7 Endeavor to bring .....................every thought captive to the obedience of Christ! #8 I must truly walk ......................by faith in Christ, in His word, and not by my feelings or emotions! By God's grace and mercy, and to the best of my knowledge, I have accomplished these things on day one. From this moment forward until I go to sleep, I will continue by God's grace to follow this divine pattern. I know from personal experience that this will open the door for God to visit me in visions and dreams, in the night season. As the spirit of God speaks to me, I will share with those of you who are interested. Do not think for a moment that because you have not yet joined, or you have failed in any of these areas that now you can only be a spectator. I say unto you, if the spirit of God is quickening your heart, no matter if it's 40 days, or only one day, jump in, expecting God to reveal himself to you in ways you have not yet experienced or even knew existed. Thank you for your prayers for me and others in this amazing journey. James Eugene Barbush On this first day, it is so easy to see how habits are in place that are in accordance with the 8 points. Mark 11:23 ...........For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. #2 Give .....................myself to the word and prayer! Acts 6:4 ................But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. #3 Cut off ..................all unnecessary information! James 1:21 ............Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. #4 Grieve not ...........the Holy Spirit in any form! Ephesians 4:29 ........29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. 30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: #5 Instantly obey ......the spirit and the word! James 1:22 ............But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. #6 Violently take a hold of the divine nature of God! Galatians 5:22-23 ...But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. #7 Endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ! 1 Peter 2:23 ...........Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: #8 I must truly walk .by faith in Christ, in His word, and not by my feelings or emotions! I joined the men at the church for our regular 6 AM prayer time. There is growing within me a deep urgency, yearning to go much deeper. I know within my heart that time is running out. Jesus said the time would come when we would not be able to work. The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few. God has given to me, and continues, the understanding of my weakness . That without Jesus Christ I realize that I can do nothing. I'm talking about that which God himself would embrace. He has put these treasures in earthen vessels that the Excellency of the glory may be of him, and not of us . He said that he will not share his glory with anyone. If we are to reach high, then our roots must be very deep. We must be rooted and grounded in the love of Christ. I really believe that the Lord wanted me to keep this journal to help others. You see if I can be like that of an experiment (lab rat), then others can have great expectancy. God is not a respecter of people, what he does for one, he will do for others. If in my feeble attempt to take a hold of God that in order that he may take a hold of me and this will bring forth his glory, then others will have great hope in God's mercy. We have many powerful promises that insurers us of results . It is the Father's pleasure that we bear much fruit. He said call on to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which thou knowest not. God is not a man that he should lie, nor the Son of Man, that he should repent . Has he said it, and shall he not do it. Has he spoken it, and will he not bring it to pass! No good thing will he withhold from them that walk up righ tly. Let us lay hold of these promises, by faith, knowing without a shadow of a doubt that God is for us . He will give to us the early and latter rain. My checklist is before me once again. May great things transpire through this day. Knowing in the home I trust, and believe. Let us join our hands together as we cry out to our great King . May His will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven. #1 Use godly wisdom what I say! #2 Give myself to the word and prayer! #3 Cut off all unnecessary information! #4 Grieve not the Holy Spirit in any form! #5 Instantly obey the spirit and the word! #6 Violently take a hold of the divine nature of God! #7 Endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ! #8 I must truly walk by faith in Christ, in his word, and not by my feelings or emotions! Later in the day something took place where I could have easily got into the flesh. Actually it could have turned out extremely bad, but for the grace of God. I will not elaborate, but one of my neighbors, who by his natural tendencies is very dangerous, became extremely aggravated at one of my family members. I went to his house because I knew I had to deal with this. My daughter went along with me to be a witness. When I arrived at his house, I could see he was extremely angry as he stood outside. He actually had a gun strapped (a pistol) on his belt. I could see that he was looking for a confrontation. When I got out of my truck, he headed straight towards me. I really believe he was looking forward to an opportunity of having a fight. By the way, he is an undercover policeman. I think he was completely surprised at my response to him. I truly believe the sweetness, and the love of Christ came forth from my innermost belly. I absolutely had no fear, or trembling of what was about to happen. A soft word turns away wrath. By the time I was done speaking, I saw his whole countenance change . And actually as I went to leave, he thanked me for coming. Then he reached out his hand to shake mine. I am trusting that God is dealing with his heart. I am hoping for his salvation. I believe that I am on a great adventure, a wonderful journey. Already within 3 days the spirit of the Lord is taken me in directions that I was not contemplating. He said that he would lead the blind by a way which they knew not. He said that he would make the darkness light before them. I can truly say this is what God is doing. Many times we have preconceived ideals of what it is that God wants to do. But God has his own agenda, and plan. But His will be done! As I was in prayer this morning with the men, the words sanctification, purification, separation came to my heart very strongly. As I began to look these words upon my android, it became very obvious to me, that this is exactly what God has got to do in us. That salvation belongs to those who have said within their hearts “God I Am Yours”. We are called to come out of the darkness into his glorious light. We are called to be in the world, but not of the world. And even as the book of Esther gives to us and elaborate purification system for her to become the bride of the King, even so we are in a process of being purified, for God's glory and honor. The declaration of the true believer is this, I am yours Lord! I belong to you! Let your will be done, and not mine! It must be a complete surrender of our lives over to Christ. Is this not death to self. No longer I that live, but it is Christ lives within me. And how is this accomplished? It is by us giving ourselves completely over to Christ and His word, in thought, deed, and action. We are sanctified, purified, purged, consecrated, separated on to Christ by the meditation and instant obedience to the word of God. There would be a wonderful transformation as we completely yield and surrender ourselves to the mind of Christ. Back in about 1981, completely without realizing what was happening to me, I stepped into this sanctification, separation, dedication. I was in the process of leaving a church I was pastoring. In those days there were no such things as the Internet. We did not have a TV in our house. I did not read the newspaper, or listen to the radio. I simply gave myself to the word of God. I would get up early in the morning, until late at night and just go over, and over Scriptures that I had written on large cards. • 17. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 not really seem to a great extent as it was changing my life drastically. Yes it was affecting me, but at the time I did not realize to what extent. But on the night that I stood up to Minister at a Full Gospel Business Men's Meeting in Belleville, Pennsylvania, something amazing happened. This is from our book - Living in the Realm of the Miraculous! GOING DEEPER We were preparing to leave the church that we had been pastoring for two years. Because the church was bringing in new candidates for examination, they did not need me to preach the Word to them any longer. As a result, I was able to spend many hours memorizing and meditating on the Bible. A sense of expectancy grew within my heart. I would walk the mountain behind our parsonage praying and meditating all day long. This continued for a number of weeks. At the time, I did not realize that I was about to step into a deeper realm of the Spirit. My wife and I were scheduled to minister at a number of meetings, and I had been invited previously to minister at the Mifflin Full Gospel Businessmen’s meeting located in Belleville, Pennsylvania. We arrived right before the meeting was to start. As I sat at a table with my wife, I remember that I felt no particular quickening of the Spirit of God on the inside whatsoever. One of the members of the organization came over and asked me if I would like to pray with some of the members before the beginning of the meeting. I consented to do so. They were standing in a circle holding each other’s hands. I simply stepped into this circle and took the hand of the man on my right and left. The men began to pray, and I prayed very softly, agreeing with them. During this time of prayer I did not perceive in my heart that I should pray aloud. When we were done praying, the man on my right, an older gentleman, stared at me. He said, “What in the world was that?” I said to him, “What do you mean?” He said it was like a streak of lightning came out of my hand, and up his arm, through his face. You could tell that something really radical had taken place. I told him that I had not felt anything. That was the beginning of an unusual night. This same gentleman came to me at the end of the service, crying. He asked me to look into his eyes. I still remember to this day, his eyes were clear and glistening. He said to me, “My eyes were covered in cataracts. The minute you touched me, the cataracts literally melted right off of my eyeballs!” Thank you Jesus! Right up to the minute before I opened my mouth I was not feeling a single thing spiritually. However, the minute I began to talk, the river began to flow. I do not remember what I said, but I do know I was speaking under a strong influence of the Holy Ghost. I flowed right into the gifts of the Spirit after the teaching of the Word. A very precise word of knowledge began to operate. I remember looking out over the people and beginning to call specific people out. Many of the women and men appeared to be Mennonite or Amish. I began to point to specific people, and call them to come forward. As they came, I would tell them what it was that was going on in their bodies. When they would get within ten feet of me, they did not fall forward or backwards, but just begin to crumple. I never have seen anything like it! It was like they just simply, and very gently went down. As far as I know, all of them were instantly healed. I do not remember laying hands on anyone that night. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost were in the house. This has been many years ago, and yet God is still the same. What He did then, He is still more than willing and able to do today. But He is looking for those who will sanctify, separate, and consecrate themselves to him! Will you be one of them, this is the question! Will I you be one of them who is willing to come out completely from the world, and give myself 100% to Jesus Christ! By God's grace may this be so! 5 people like this. There was a real freedom in the spirit as sister Mickey sang about the blood of Christ. Heaven came down, and glory filled our souls. As I opened my mouth, surely the Lord was filling it. The joy, peace, and love that floods my soul at the revelation, I am no longer my own. I am His and His alone! Is this not sanctification, separation, consecration, dedication, and purification, as we give ourselves completely over to Christ. Is He not coming back for a church that is consumed In Love for Him! Here it is on day three, on this 40 day journey. Amazingly, about two months ago, as I was preaching, a prophetic word came of my mouth. And this is what I heard, “I the Lord would do a quick work. From the time it begins, until its completion will be 40 days. I will perfect my church.” I do not believe that which I am experiencing right now is those 40 days that the spirit of God spoke of. But I do believe that by the end of these 40 days my life would never be the same . I have consecrated myself, and others are joining in every day. It is to be a 40 day journey of separation, consecration, dedication, and peer (??) fixation. Even as Esther was purified through a lengthy process to make her worthy of the King, so we are being purified by faith in Christ, by the Holy Ghost, by the spirit of the living God, by the word of truth to be worthy of the King. Come all of those who are desperate, thirsty, hungry, and needy. Give yourself to Him that gave His everything. Hold back no longer, would say the Lord! You are mine and mine alone! Consecrate yourself unto me! Come out from the mist of the wicked, those who do not seek for Christ. Come and drink from the well that never runs dry. Come and eat from the flesh of the Passover lamb. Step into life, eternal life, immortal life, everlasting life that never will end. What is it that the Lord would require for me to do you might ask? Simply die to yourself, by giving yourself to him, spirit, soul, mind, and body! You will never regret it. I have listed the 8 simple commitments that I believe will forever bring transformation to your life. #1 Use godly wisdom what I say! #2 Give myself to the word and prayer! #3 Cut off all unnecessary information! #4 Grieve not the Holy Spirit in any form! #5 Instantly obeyed the spirit and the word! #6 Violently take a hold of the divine nature of God! #7 Endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ! His sermon was on a good Samaritan. Probably one of the best sermons I have heard him preach. The evidence of our love for Christ will be manifested in our love for others. Actually, I was prepared to minister tonight, forgetting that brother Angel would be with us. But it was God ordained. After the service, I watched Heidi Baker minister live on the Internet. No matter what anybody says, or thinks about Heidi and her husband Roland, they are doing an amazing job. Her main message is loving God and loving people. It is evident in their lives that they do both of these things. People are beginning to come to me expressing a desire to begin this 40 day journey. I believe it will bring transformation. Amazingly this Scripture that has been quickened to my heart is Malachi chapter 3 verse 10. Malachi 3:9 - 11 9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. 10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. I know this refers to finances, but if we were to convert finances into its rawest form, it would equate into time, energy, and life. So, if we take 365 days of the year divide that by 10, it equals 36 days and a half. Let's throw in an offering, making it 3 1/2 days more, which equates to 40 days that we could look upon as our tithes and offerings. So let's just say we do that. Give God 40 days of your life. Not go back, and take a look at what He said would happen if we would bring in our tithes and our offerings. 10b Prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. I'm telling you, the spirit of God is really hitting me, as I'm sharing this with you. A couple of months ago, as I was ministering to our local body, a prophetic word came out of my mouth. He said by my lips, “In 40 days I will complete the transformation. I will purge, purify, sanctify, and cleanse my church.” (This is basically the understanding I received it). • 21. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 I believe, with all my heart, that if you and I will completely commit ourselves to this 40 day journey we will be utterly and completely transformed. I also strongly suggest you keep a journal of this journey. Buy a notepad and begin to write down your thoughts every day. But you must take this very seriously. This commitment that you are making to the Lord is holy unto God. We must be sanctified, separated, consecrated, set apart in order to be purified during these 40 days. You must take every one of these points very seriously. I mean, we must take it to heart! These eight convictions, dedications, commitments are as follows: #1 Use godly wisdom what I say! Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager Journal Entry on Facebook September 30, 2013, @ 7:49 am near Gettysburg, PA · https://www.facebook.com/docyeager/posts/10200542591595983 My 40 Day Journey Day 4, Morning Monday, September 30, 2013, 7:17 am I fell asleep at about 12:20 AM, and woke up refreshed at about 5:45 AM. The Spirit of God, on this fourth day of this journey, is truly quickening my mind. Scriptures that I memorized years ago are freely beginning to flow within my heart and my mind freely. I truly believe that this 40 day journey that God has set me upon can be used of the Lord to help many be transformed and forever changed. Sometimes, or should I say many times, the enemy of our soul, the devil, will mess with our heads, telling us that God will never use us, because who do we think we are? But the devil is a liar, for you see, God is not a respecter people. He is simply looking for those who have given themselves completely over to him. I am speaking about those who have renewed their mind by the meditation of the truth, and bringing every thought captive and subject to the Lord Christ Jesus. In the Gospel of John, Chapter 17, Jesus said, “Father sanctify them by and through thy truth, thy word is truth.” God is desiring to open up the floodgates of heaven upon his people, you and me. But until we are sanctified, cleansed, and washed by the washing of the Word of God, quickened by the Holy Ghost, He cannot move upon us, transform us, change us into the radical people that He has designed us to be. I challenge everyone to do a word study from the Old to the New Testament. There must be a purging, sanctifying, cleansing, purifying work that is accomplished in our hearts and our minds, emotions, desires, and attitudes. Before He will pour His fire into us, we must completely belong to Him. We must be completely sold out, lock, stock, and barrel, from top to bottom, we must belong to Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ Must Be Our Lord! Oh Father, I pray that this revelation would come upon your people today. Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. This generation of the church has not yet come into the fullness of the revelation of the power of God's word hidden in the heart and spoken out of the mouth of a sanctified vessel. But God is about to once again exalt His Word (Jesus) in the earth. God's Word is about to be released upon the earth like never before through the mouth of holy men and women. There is a remnant in the earth, those who truly love Jesus Christ, the Father, the Holy Ghost, and the Word! And that word in their hearts and in their mouth will be like a fire that consumes the stubble, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces. If you could just imagine that every Scripture that God has given to us is like an egg, a seed, which has life within itself. And even as a mother eagle sits upon her nest of eggs, if she will sit long enough, keep the heat applied, those eggs will begin to hatch. Baby eagles will begin to come forth, which as they grow more mature, will become just like their mother. Even so, if we will hide the Word of God in our heart, meditating upon it day and night, giving ourselves to the truth, being doers of the Word, and not hearers only, the Holy Spirit will quicken the truth to our hearts and the fire will begin to burn. The spirit of the Lord quickened my heart at about 5:45 AM to get up. I jumped up out of bed, heading off to a time of prayer with the men in the church. The reality of Christ is becoming more real to me every day. As I was praying in our sanctuary, the Holy Spirit began to deal with me about really giving myself to the meditation of God's word. In the past 38 years, as I have given myself to the word of God, meditating upon it, I have seen the Holy Spirit show up in powerful ways. But in this time of prayer this morning, it was like the spirit was speaking to me, telling me he did not want me to any longer mingle, or mix anything else with God's word. What I'm referring to is any information that I really do not need. Let everybody else research politics, technology, useless information, movies, and entertainment. I do not need to. I need to be in harmony and agreement with God. There was a gentleman by the name of Smith Wigglesworth who also had this kind of radical commitment. He had only a third grade education. When Smith got filled with the Holy Ghost, the only thing he ever read was the Bible. As a result of this, and his doing nothing but giving himself to nothing but the Bible, mighty signs and wonders followed him wherever he went, because God Always Confirms His Word with signs following! After prayer, I had to go to the Hershey Medical Center this morning, in order to minister to one of our parishioners. All the way there I was listening to different books of the Bible, which I have memorized. They were becoming alive to me once again. I did not go over these books just once, but over, and over, and over. Before I ever got to the hospital, the Holy Spirit was moving in my heart in a mighty way. After I had laid my hands upon the brother, believing for complete healing, I headed back home. All the way home I continued in the meditation of the Scriptures. Truly the fire of God was burning in my heart. This is only the fifth day of a 40 day journey, in which I believe it led into a lifestyle, that by God's grace , I'll continue in, until I meet Jesus Christ face-to-face. I would like to share with you an experience that I had, when the spirit of the Lord had taken me down this same path some years ago. But this time, by God's grace, I'll never back off! WHEN THE POWER OF GOD FELL In the summer of 1996, the spirit of God dealt very strongly with my heart, with the fact that I really did not know His word. He literally told me that I was a favorite Scripture preacher. This so convicted my heart that I shut myself up in my office for weeks on end, and all I did was memorize, meditate, and pray the word of God. I have written about this to some extent in our book called “Living in the Realm of the Miraculous”. During this time, I simply gave myself to the word of God. I did not just memorize it, but I meditated upon it, by speaking it to myself over, and over again, very slowly. As I did this, it felt like there was a fire shot up in my bones. • 25. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 David the psalmist and the king said: as I was musing, the fire burned! This is the Holy Spirit taking the letter of the word, quickening it, and turning it into spirit. Many made the mistake of simply memorizing the word of God, and not meditating on it, night and day. It would be like sticking the turkey into the oven for Thanksgiving, but never turning the oven on to cook that big bird. Of course, on Thanksgiving morning ,the house would not be filled with the wonderful aroma of the cooking turkey. When you sat down to eat the turkey, it would be raw, tasteless, and not edible! I truly believe this is what's happening in many pulpits today, we preachers are not meditating upon God's word. In order for us to present a living word, it must be alive in us. There must be a fire burning in our hearts as a result of the meditation of the Scriptures we have been pondering and musing upon. I informed our congregation, and the local community that I was going to preach, and speak, and minister on the book of James on Sunday night by memory. I think I gave everyone probably two weeks advance notice. To my amazement, I think there was over 200 people who showed up. My wife and our worship team ministered in music. And then we gave the announcements, received the offering. As I stood in the pulpit to speak the word of God, the Holy Ghost rose up in me in a mighty way. Then I began to preach underneath a powerful anointing of the Holy Ghost. In the gospel of Mark, the Scripture declares that God confirms his Word with signs following. It did not take long time for me to go through the book of James, even though in the midst of it, I was elaborating and exhorting. When I was done speaking, it was moved upon my heart to give an altar call. What happened next actually surprised me. When I opened up the altar, I think close to half of all the people that were there came running. I mean they literally came running, with tears running down their face. It was an old Pentecostal Holy Ghost altar call. Now these were not sinners, but saints, members of the local church. They fell at the altar, repenting and crying out to God for mercy. It was the word of God quickened by the Holy Ghost, which first had to be quick into my heart. After the service one of my elders approached me (Brother Richard) crying. He informed me with tears rolling down his face that he had never experienced anything like this in all of this life, where he had felt such conviction and moving upon his heart by the Holy Ghost. May we as ministers of the gospel come back to the truth, of the power that is in the word of God, as we surrender, submit, pray, and meditate upon the revelation knowledge of Jesus Christ! • 26. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager Glenda Clark amen. a powerful message Journal Entry on Facebook October 2, 2013, @ 8:55 pm near Gettysburg, PA · https://www.facebook.com/docyeager/posts/10200557235362068 My 40 Day Journey Day 6, Evening Wednesday, October 2, 2013, 8:05 PM All last night I kept falling in and out of sleep. I finally rolled out of bed at 5 AM to pray and meditate on the word of God. And then I headed over to pray with the men at the church. There was great unction in my heart as I cried out to God. It seemed like I was beginning the day in His holy presence. But then I had to deal with the realities of life, and this is where the rubber meets the road. There was a book written many years ago by a Catholic monk, by the name of Brother Lawrence. The name of the book was called “Practicing the Presence of God”. The monk relates how he finally got into a place where God's presence was more real for him during times of responsibility, physical labor, than during his regular prayer times. As I was communicating with other people through the day, I sensed a great deal of unsettledness in many people's hearts. There are many today that actually are tormented even though they're born again believers and are washed in the blood. I know I go through these periods. And yet the Scripture declares that if our mind is stayed on him, which is Jesus Christ, we will have perfect peace. And this is a constant fight of faith to keep our eyes are upon Jesus Christ, His will, and His word. The parable of the sower spreading the seed of the word has been very strong in my heart for the last day and a half. Some of the seed fell on the road, some on shallow ground, some among the thorns, briars and weeds, and some in good soil. This is all symbolic of the word of God being sown into our hearts. The word of God must be given the ultimate place of prominence within our hearts. When we allow any other thoughts, ideals, philosophies, worries, or anxieties to dominate our thoughts, it literally nullifies the power of God's word. It chokes the life and the power of God's word. Here's an example : We know that African elephants when they are mature are extremely large and powerful, but when they are first conceived in their mother's womb, they are microscopic. That life that is in the elephant’s womb must be fed and nourished. That life in that mother’s womb must grow until finally the gestation time is finished and the mother gives birth to her little one. And even at that stage, her calf must be fed, nourished, protected, guided, and taught. Eventually the little elephant will become a giant of the jungle, but everything in its due season. Even so is it with the word of God that is growing in the heart of a believer. You must protect your heart for out of it flows the issues of life, as Jesus boldly declared. But once the word of God and faith in His word becomes mature and strong, there is nothing that will be able to stand against it. And this is the victory that overcomes the world even our faith, our faith in Christ! Basically I have not watch TV for almost 40 years. But it came into my head that I wanted to watch ministers. So I signed up for the dish TV network. I sat back to watch some good preaching. As I laid in my bed, there's this man who looked like he was an Asian came on. He began to preach on the subject of grace. It was so convoluted, bizarre, and contrary to the context, that I sat there in unbelief. He had masses and masses of people in his sanctuary. The more he talked on grace, the more sick I became. By the time I got done listening to him, my heart was so heavy because he was not calling people into God's divine character. He was not calling them into repentance and holiness. He was not telling them to take up their cross and follow Christ. He did not tell him that we had to die to live. That night I took a pair of wire cutters, and cut the line to the dish. That has been almost 2 years ago. And then I found out members of our church loves this guy's teaching. I could hardly believe it, after all I have taught based upon biblical principles for 30 years in this church. This man's name was, Joseph Prince. 2Like · · Share 20 people like this. I heard The Lord say "I'm going to sandwich this nation in My Word and My Spirit". That was 3 years ago, I am beginning to see the changes now. But we must be able to embrace each other, some are stronger in one area of The ways of God and His truth than others. None of us have it all together. Some are called to preach Grace others are called to Preach repentance, still others the constitution of the Kingdom ( Torah ) . They all have their place and God uses them for His purpose. Back in the mid-70s I began to hear this teaching that everyone in the body (that is the fivefold ministry) had specific things ever supposed to teach on. For instance faith, deliverance, finances. In him realities....... you get the drift? but as the spirit of God began have the memorize the epistles, and study the Gospels of Jesus, I discovered this was not God. If you will study the epistles, they are not three point servant was. They of the amazingly cover much ground. From A to Z when it comes to the will of God. For instance look at the epistles of Paul, he covers of massive amount of information in Ephesians. Yes, he preached faith, but love, but obedience, but spiritual warfare, but the fivefold ministry, but grace, but calling, but the power of God, but a ball all Jesus Christ. Do you know that it approximately 1,700 Scriptures in the New Testament, the writers spoke of Jesus in a personal way over 10,000 times! is time we begin to disconnect ourselves from the philosophy that I am called only to Minister on one attribute of God, or one dimension. Paul said I preached unto you the whole counsel of God! that is every ministers responsibility. Otherwise we become totally on a balance, because most people have their favorite preachers. This is what has caused such lopsidedness. Even when my children were little babies, we Rotating in their cribs, for their little heads would not be lopsided. This belief that every one of us ministers are called only to Minister on certain aspects of the Bible is truly of deception, that many have bought into. God has allowed me put together over 7,000 sermon outlines. I cover close to 30 different subjects within the Scriptures. What a smorgasbord of truth is in the word of God! in the Passover they were required to eat the whole lamb, every bit of him, from head to toe. This is symbolic of what God requires us to do when it comes to his word! Yesterday at 7:58am · Like · 1 Resi Peterson Please don't get me wrong, I agree with you. I know that we as a whole are out of balance. I am saying that the grace message is a great starting point for those who need God. They need that message. Then The Holy Spirit will finish the work that was started in them. Just like He ( grace ) did for you and me, only then can we move on to The ways of God. Yesterday at 8:04am via mobile Like 1 DrMichael H Yeager .........what is your definition of grace? It is Jesus Christ alive and living in me. It is the divine ability to fulfill the will of the father. It is the Greek word charis, where we get our word charisma, which is used in the supernatural gifts of the spirit. So you might say it's the supernatural enablement of God, that is released and thus by faith, in Christ Jesus. Therefore it takes away all of our excuses for not being able to do the will of God, in mind, word, deed and action! would you agree with this? but much of the grace I am hearing now, his confused with the word mercy, or favor, or forgiveness. At about 6 AM, I joined the men at the church to pray. During this particular time in prayer, the Lord kept bringing back to my mind, Scriptures dealing with trusting Him, following, and obeying him. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world. We are talking about a fight of faith, especially when everything in your body and your mind is contradictory to what the word of God says. Yesterday the enemy began to afflict my body, with congestion, head pressure, and throat irritation. This morning when I was able to get up, it was compounded five times worse. When these things begin to happen I can do one of two things, I can either give in to them, or rise up and resist it. That's exactly what I did this morning. And I'm still doing tonight! As I sit here sharing with you the seventh day of my journey, I do not feel at all spiritual. And if you could see me, I do not look spiritual. But let God be true, and everything else a lie. This 40 day journey is to be a time of giving myself completely to God, in word, deed, thought, and action. I have not been completely successful, but thank God for the blood of Christ. This morning I began to share a little bit of biblical truths on Facebook. I did receive all good responses, but some that seem to be contrary to the word of God. Before I knew it the time was flying by as I was trying to share biblical truths that could help people get set free from the false doctrines. Sometimes I do not know if this is a waste of time or not. One thing that is so evident today is that people have their favorite preachers. Even in the day that Paul lived he said that people had their favorite ministers. He also said that they were carnal. I must admit that I do have a favorite preacher. I just can't help it. I have decided to follow Him wherever he may go. I actually worship the ground He walks on. He can do no wrong. Of course, I'm talking about Jesus Christ. He is my only, and I mean only, favorite preacher. We need to take a hold of Him, by faith, following Him, every day, wherever He may lead. This is one thing I find very strange right now in the modern day church. You do not hear very many ministers quoting the teachings of Jesus Christ. And yet his doctrines, and teachings, which came right from the father, are the foundation upon which the church is built. He is the rock that the gates of hell will not and cannot prevail against. I see my utter and absolute need for more of Him, and less of me. He is and must be my all in all! I remember as a little boy, reading a lot of comic books. All of these different superheroes were very real and important to me. I remember my mom even making me a little outfit. It was a Superman outfit that I would wear wherever I went. I can still remember the red cape with the big letter S on it, flying behind me as I would run around the house, outside, and down the street. I'm sure that my neighbors thought it was cute, but actually it was pretty stupid. There's something within the heart of man that wants to look up to someone who is a hero. • 33. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 On February 18, 1975, I found my hero. I want to be just like Him, and I can be, because He lives inside of me. His name is Jesus Christ, the King of kings and the Lord of lords. As I drink His blood, and eat His flesh, I am transformed into His likeness and into His very image. This is what this 40 day journey is all about. I want to be more like Jesus. I need a deeper revelation knowledge that Christ Himself lives in me. Therefore, I have no excuse of why I cannot overcome the world, the flesh, and the devil. On the seventh day of my journey, I cry out to the one who's more than enough, to carry me across the finish line, victorious. By God's grace, I will lay my head down on the pillow tonight, thinking upon my hero, my Champion, my Lord, and my God, Jesus Christ. God has given me His word, that I can use it in order to renew my mind and be transformed, so that I can prove to all what is the good the acceptable and perfect will of God. God gave me a tremendous breakthrough when it came to the congestion that was in my chest and head. I woke up with much relief. Thank God his word never fails. Yes I'm still walking out my healing, it's mine, Christ took my sicknesses and diseases. I know, that I know, that I know By His Stripes I Am Healed! Had a wonderful time of prayer this morning with some of the men in the church. Every morning we gather at 6 AM to pray crying out to God for the body of Christ. We are crying out to God for a mighty move of the Holy Ghost, and the gathering of the harvest. I used to be a fisherman in Alaska and off of the coast of Oregon and the state of Washington. In Alaska when the salmon runs would begin it was the most amazing thing I ever saw. One day you would see just a couple fins of the salmon going up the river. But when you would get up the next morning all of a sudden all you saw was the fins of hundreds of thousands of salmon headed up the river, back to where they were spawned. I truly believe with all my heart we are about to see this when it pertains to the harvest of souls of men and women. The book of James chapter 5 boldly declares that the Lord of the harvest is patient until he receives the early and latter rain. And because the Lord of the harvest is patient, we must be also. The Scriptures declare that they will begin to say where is his returning? They do not have the revelation or the reality of what it is God is wanting and waiting for. And yes the tares and the wheat have been growing together, the goats and sheep. But there will be a separation from the harlot church, and the holy church. Those are operating in the love of money, and the pleasures of sin within the church, and those who are simply loving, following, and striving to obey God. It is the spirit of God that moves upon our heart to begin to fast, pray, seek God's face and meditate upon his word. There is a gestation period where the life in the womb must grow, or the seed in the ground must germinate. But in the appointed time it will come forth. What do we do in the meantime? We keep pressing toward the Mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. We keep walking and living moment by moment in his divine will. Today on this eighth day of my journey I just keep pressing in. I keep meditating, praying, and renewing my mind, bringing every thought subject to the authority of Christ. Knowing within my heart that within any moment, there might be a suddenly. We are not to be surprised at the fiery trial which is about to try us, but sometimes we are. Jesus said do not worry about tomorrow, because sufficient is the evil thereof today. Whenever you set your heart and your mind to go after God I guarantee the enemy is going to be there to mess you up, or should I say try to mess you up. I had the opportunity today to speak at our 10 AM service, and the 7 PM service. You see for over a year now we've been having three services every day, not including our 6 AM time of prayer. I had to step in to fill some empty spaces, but I'm not complaining. The Lord had me speak on the subject of sowing and reaping. It is the law of Genesis! Every seed will produce after its own kind, whether it be flesh or spirit. This law works whether you believe it or not. In Galatians Paul said, whatsoever, yes whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. This law can either be a tremendous blessing, or a terrible curse. How do we sow seeds? By everything we do, say, think, speak, respond, and in every regards. And yes, we will reap if we continue in that process, whether it be on to life or be on to death! If you have been sowing seeds to the flesh, you can repent, but you still have to deal with the repercussions. Here is a simple illustration, if you are driving 45 miles an hour in a 25 mile an hour zone and the police officer catches you, most likely you still will pay a fine. Now you could be saying, Lord I repent, please forgive me! Yes, God does forgive you, but you still have to pay the fine. Do you get that? You are forgiven, but there still natural repercussions to your offense. That's why Paul says, be not deceived, God is not mocked, whatever we sow, we will reap. Chapter 5 is speaking about the flesh and the spirit. You might say, O but Pastor Mike do you not realize I'm a new creature in Christ Jesus. Okay, if you are, you better live like it, because being born again does not exempt you from the law of sowing and reaping. Give and it shall be given to you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together. This doesn't matter if it's flesh or spirit. Help me Lord, on this eighth day of my journey, to have a revelation, a reality that I will reap whatever I sow. And that you are a rewarder of them that diligently seek you! • 36. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager Journal Entry on Facebook Sunday, October 6, 2013, @ 12:13 am near Gettysburg, PA · https://www.facebook.com/docyeager/posts/10200572084213280 My 40 Day Journey Day 9 Saturday, October 4, 2013, (Sunday 12:12 am) I'm sorry that I have not made a post-up until now for day nine. Yes, I was up early praying with the men, crying out to God. There were many ups and downs today, so sufficient is the evil thereof. Yet God has been with me, strengthening me, and encouraging me. I went to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania tonight to hear a man of God who is a missionary in Mozambique. Wow, and I am amazed, I know many people who think they know God but are very shallow. Most people I know are very limited in their knowledge of God's word, lopsided, favorite Scripture preachers. I am not demeaning them, or putting them down, I'm just stating a fact. The Scriptures require us to eat the whole lamb, not just the part that we like. Please do not be offended, these are just my observations, and my opinions. But tonight Roland Baker spoke from his heart, and many years of experience. His grandfather was a Pentecostal preacher who really stood on the word, and knew what it meant to believe and trust God. You may find this hard to believe, but it is very difficult to find people who really believe what God said in his book is the absolute truth. That you can put your life on the line with what he has said. The only other man I know personally that really does this is Henry Gruver. Maybe you have heard of him. I was so excited in a meeting that I wanted to start shouting, I got a little bit loud once, and my precious wife said to me don't be a hypocrite. I know why she said that, it is because she thought I was excited that finally people where hearing the whole truth, not a watered-down version, or a lopsided presentation. But that's not why I was excited, I was just so excited to meet another man who is literally walking in the reality of God's word. The exciting thing is that God is using them in a powerful way in Mozambique. Revival has broken out, and many are being gloriously saved, healed, and delivered. Lord willing, sometime on Sunday I will place the video of the sermon I heard tonight on YouTube. I think this video will be quite helpful in discerning how many of us are on the same page. Well, it's already Sunday morning early, so I need to get to bed. God bless you all, and if you have begun this 40 day journey, do not despair, or give up. Even if you fall, get back up, and keep pressing in. Love: doc 9 people like this. • 37. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 Chris Eke hello Man of God, what is the 40 day journey about? is it prayer or learning of the Word? Please do let us know 4 hours ago via mobile · Like DrMichael H Yeager There are a number of things that God is quickened to my heart,(by his grace and mercy) that must be established on this journey. These are simply things that God is convicting my heart of. #1 During these 40 days, I must fast my words. What does this mean? I must speak as little as possible. And only strive to speak that which God quickens to my heart. #2 During These 40 Days, I must give myself as much as possible to the word of God, and prayer. I must seek the Lord with my whole heart. It cannot be a lukewarm, lackadaisical, or laid-back attitude. The violent take it by force! Acts 6:4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. #3 During these 40 days, I must cut off any knowledge, information, or unnecessary functions that would interfere with my endeavor to draw close to God. This does not mean that I ignore my necessary responsibilities, or relationships. James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. #4 During these 40 days, I must determine in my heart to not grieve the Holy Spirit by speaking evil, thinking evil, doing evil in any given situation. Of course I realize that none of these endeavors can be accomplished within my flesh. But I must completely give myself to trust and confidence in God. And the minute that I miss the will of God, I repent, and get back up, and keep on going. Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: #5 During these 40 days, I must instantly (as much as lies within me) obey the leading of the Holy Spirit. I must become sensitive to the word of God, the spirit of God, in His endeavors to reveal to me His perfect will. James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. #6 During these 40 days, I must with violent faith take a hold of the Divine Nature Of the Father. I must yield myself to the fruits of the spirit, the character and nature Of the Holy Trinity! Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. • 38. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 #7 During these 40 days, I will endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Every emotion, attitude, response must be filled with the gentleness, humility, kindness and meekness of Jesus. This must be a moment by moment endeavor. (Jesus please help me, for without you I can do nothing!) 1 Peter 2:23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: #8 During these 40 days, I must truly exercise faith in God, in Christ. James Eugene Barbush Yes, many of our church leaders have led us astray, and/or not far enough. We have been fed a weak gospel on many occasions. Because of that, some of us have taken it upon ourselves to go farther, but that is not an easy road. We find support with our few strong Christian friends, and they are rare, but they are strong. Then, when we find a VOICE in the desert, a VOICE that rings TRUE, we follow that VOICE, that VOICE crying in the desert, "REPENT!", we follow that VOICE. We follow that VOICE because it is rare and it is true, and it captivates us and satisfies a hunger we have because we are empty and need a filling to be nourished. So we go to that VOICE and LISTEN. I have heard the VOICES and they are these: Mike Yeager, Andrew Shearman, Lou Engle, Mel Bittenbender, Vard Gainor, Nancy Warner. They are my VOICES, saying "REPENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NEAR!" These are voices that say, "The Kingdom of God can come and is coming to this planet in the here and now, and we must act in order to bring forth His Kingdom in the here and now." Oh God, give me a full understanding of what it means to "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things shall be added to you as well." Not just an understanding, but a life of action that is a life that does SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM AND HIS RIGFHTEOUSNESS. about a minute ago · Like Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 38 of 85

I have to admit, I over slept this morning. Well kind of, I woke up, stayed in bed, fell back asleep. But, I still have great expectation. There's something about the number 10 which signifies the perfection of Divine order, and is the beginning of a new dimension. I believe this is the beginning of a new level, a new phase, a new dimension. It's one fourth of the journey. It's almost like an airplane headed down the runway in which you have to gain a certain amount of speed in order to take off. It's called the liftoff speed! In the like 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 5,……. You get my point. It's just that were not counting the numbers in reverse. We’re getting ready to take off to a new height. Today's the day. Now's the time! You have to take it by faith. Yesterday morning in prayer the Lord began to give me direction on what I was post to speak today. I realized that as I speak in this one little location, that it is literally reaching around the world through our TV network and by Internet. And then we archive the videos in order for others who did not watch the live telecast will be able to partake. My greatest desire is that which I speak is of God, not of me. And that the Holy Ghost would cause these words to be like a fire, and to be like a hammer that would break the rocks pieces . For unless God does it, all of our labor, efforts, preaching, writing is in vain, for if the Heavenly Father does not draw them, speak to them, reveal himself to them, absolutely nothing will take place. What the Lord is going to have me share today is really basic and fundamental, but yet is absolutely essential if we are going to fulfill God's will in the Earth. Oh Lord, I pray that you would take this nobody, this nothing, this less than nothing and use him to speak forth the truth to set men free . Lord please let it be! James Eugene Barbush DAY 10 - If only, if only I could get victory over the flesh that this journey is calling for. If only. If only, after 10 days, I am convicted that I am weak and unable in myself to do what needs to be done. If only, I have come to a new understanding of the need to REPENT and OBEY. If only. If only I am convicted, THAT IS NOT ENOUGH. Because, Judas was sorry and Peter was sorry. But there is a difference. Judas felt very bad and did nothing but kill himself. BUT PETER, oh Peter, he was sorry in the way that God wanted and he REPENTED, and in the next scene he was with Jesus. There must be conviction followed by action. Do I have what it takes to act in the way God wants? I pray that the "if only" has and will become "I will", and then becomes "I did". I ask for your prayers for me in this endeavor. Fighting the good fight of faith, striving to take a hold of the word of life, yes it's a battle, but Christ is with me . If you fall down, get back up. We are not wrestling flesh and blood, but principalities and powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places . This 40 day journey is to be a time of cleansing, purifying, sanctifying, pruning, purging, taking out the old leaven, taking out the old wineskin and replacing it with the new wineskin. You're slamming door in the devils ugly face, telling him he has no right to any longer be in your life, in your mind, or anywhere else in your life. We are talking about violent faith, storming the kingdom, taking a hold of God, not letting go even as Jacob took a hold of the Angel, until his name was changed to Israel. This is the journey were on, this is our ultimate destiny, our purpose and goal is to be one with God. Along this journey we are being tested and tried, put to the fire, and being put through the ringer, challenged and discouraged, stretched out of measure, but we keep bringing our eyes back to Jesus Christ. For Christ is our hope and strength, our peace and rest, our all in all. For when we are weak, as we look to Christ, then are we strong. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, and our confidence in him whose name is Jesus Christ, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, conqueror, Victor, overcomer, our purpose, vision, and future. Day 10 of this journey is almost history, over, kaput, done. We can never relive it again, do it over, but we can reflect upon what God did on this day, and simply repent if we fell short. We must do even as Paul said, forgetting those things that are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before, we are pressing towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus! Tomorrow's a new day, new beginning, a new start. Let's start off on the right foot, by making our priorities right. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” Peace be to you, and blessings from God Our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, with the joy and comfort of the Holy Ghost. He gives His beloved peaceful sleep! Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 41 of 85

Of course we cannot come to him, if the Father does not draw us and call us. This morning as I was in prayer, God began to quicken to my heart the seriousness of the moment we are in. We are at a major crossroads as a nation, as a people, as the body of Christ in America and probably within the world. We must begin to wake up out of our slumber, lukewarmness, and lackadaisical attitudes. There seems to be a real lack of seriousness within the church right now, real lack of spiritual hunger for maturity. It reminds me of the grandson of Nebuchadnezzar who took all of the vessels of the house of God and used him for a gigantic egotistical party. The hand writing came upon the wall as they were celebrating their wealth and technology, which spelled out there doom and the end of that empire. Where are the David's, who said to his older brother is there not a cause? Where are the Jeremiahs, who said: “Oh that my eyes would flow like a river of tears for the daughter of Zion, because he saw the coming destruction.” I am not talking about thundering a self-righteous, I'm better than you, very cynical message! I'm talking about having a broken heart over what is happening and about to happen in the lives of people. I am telling you beloved that we are on the edge of a very dangerous precipice. And once we fall over the edge there will be no returning to our former glory. What is amazing to me about modernday believers and preachers is that we are all basically saying that we are at the end of the ages. And yet, it does not seem to me that we are preaching what those who have lived before us proclaimed when they knew that the end-of-life as they had known it was upon them? What am I talking about? What did Noah preach, Jonah, Elijah, Jeremiah, John the Baptist, and all of the holy prophets of old? Oh, that God would grant unto us a mighty move of the Holy Ghost that would sweep across the land like a raging forest fire that no man could put out. Oh, that conviction would fall like a heavy a mighty rain or a divine tsunami that would wash away all the filth, perversion, compromise, and wickedness in our nation and in the church. But be assured of one thing that no matter what minister or political figure is proclaiming that everything is all right, nothing bad is going to happen, the assured that judgment is on its way. But judgment must begin first in the house of the Lord, and that the righteous scarcely be saved, where will the wicked and ungodly find themselves. • 43. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 Where are the men of God who will stand up with broken hearts, and the compassion of Jesus, in the fire of the Holy Ghost to declare the sins of the people that they might repent? I am not moved by the multitude of voices that loudly proclaim that sin is no longer the problem. Yes, they declare Jesus overcame sin! And this I whole heartily and eagerly agree with. I have absolutely no problem with the fact that Jesus overcame and is victorious. And that his victory has become ours! But now we must take the divine nature of Jesus and aggressively attack the sin, disobedience, rebellion, and stubbornness in our own hearts. And as we pull the beam out of our own eyes, we will be able to help others. Arise daughter of Zion, mighty army of God, holy people of Israel, beloved of the Lord, the bride of Christ. Arise and let us declare war on the enemy of our souls. Awake, Awake, Awake, O people of God. It is past time for us to be about the Father's business! Arise my brothers and sisters, let us awake unto righteousness. The night is far spent, and the Day Star is about to arise. Let us go forth eagerly to meet the lover of our souls, falling before his presence, and casting our crowns at his nail scarred feet! May it be so! The reality of where people are at spiritually is really touching my heart. If we, as the church, were to be where we needed to be, we would be having the exact same results as the early church. I am not just referring to mighty signs and wonders, but our attitudes towards the world, possessions, and each other. Oh that God would do a work, a quick work in my heart. I desire to be in complete agreement with the revelation of Christ. Every word and deed, every thought and action, every step and moment completely given over to Christ, for their must be evidence so that the world will see Jesus once again on the earth in and through His people. We must walk in His nature, with signs and wonders following, which equals God speaking to the human race. Every time God manifests himself in the supernatural, it is Him speaking to the human race. And what is He saying? He is saying, “I Am That I Am. I alone am God, and there is none beside Me.” “Yes, I will heal you, bless you, moving in you and through you, but it is for My glory.” Oh, that God would deliver us from all of our preconceived ideals, opinions, and worldly philosophies! Oh, that everything within us that was not of God would be stripped out, purged, and cleansed from our conscience. Oh, that all of our own small minded, self-centered, self-seeking, self pleasing agendas would die! If only the song of our heart would be: “I Want to See Jesus High and Lifted Up!” Can we not as the body of Christ simply pursue the will of the Father no matter where it may take us? Can we not tell the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? If we only embrace a part of the truth, then it is no truth at all. Can we not see this? Father, on this 12th day of my journey, I confess my shortcomings. I confess my lack of love for you and others. I confess that I desperately need a touch of your spirit to open my eyes, to change my heart, to make me hungry and desperate for You. That signs and wonders may confirm your word, thereby You can speak to those who will be eyewitnesses and partakers of these miracles, that their lives may be forever changed. Please, Father, help me to make this the cry of my heart, and those who are likeminded. In the holy, wonderful, and precious name of Jesus Christ! Oh, how my heart longs for God, how it longs to be full of his fruit, hungering for a mighty outpouring, for the salvation of the multitudes, but we tie His Hands. There are probably many who would not believe this, and yet throughout Scriptures it is evident. Ezekiel 22:30 And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. Isaiah 59:1616 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. Jeremiah 5:15 Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it. God is looking for those who will say, “Here am I Lord send me!” I do believe with all of my heart that God is about to raise up a mighty army of fearless men and women who are filled with nothing but the passion of Jesus. These men and women would have a revelation of God's love, and yet of his hatred towards sin, a revelation of the terrible price that Christ had to pay for our deliverance. They will pay the price willingly and eagerly to guide to the flesh, the world in the devil. But in order for God to reveal Himself to us we must take our puny little selves one little step at a time towards Him. And When God the Father sees that we are serious, that we mean business, that we are desperate by our puny little efforts to draw close to Him, He will come rushing in upon us. His fire would descend upon us. His power will overtake us. His divine ability will begin to flow in a lot of us like a mighty river. But this is all contingent on our hunger for Him, which He offers to us, but that we must reach out and take it. The time is about upon us when God will once again step into the pages of humanity, revealing Himself in ways that we have never seen, never even heard of, and will never be seen again throughout eternity. It is time to prepare our hearts for the coming of the Lord to draw nigh! He is coming as a refiner’s fire, and who will be able to abide His presence! Come Lord Jesus, we hunger and thirst For Nothing but You! Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 45 of 85

The spirit of the Lord was really quickening my heart this morning as I was praying to renew my vows. To refocus upon what it is that the Lord is doing, and what He wants to do in us, His Bride, His Church, His Beloved, His People! The problem has never been God, never will be God, it has always been us all along. The enemy of God and our souls is not just the accuser of the brethren, but the enemy of God himself. He must convince us that God is not trustworthy, that He is not worthy of our lives, that He does not mean what He says. Shall I go on? But I have great hope for I have read the promises of the Word, and I see within them a declaration that God in these last days will raise up a mighty standard. It will be His people, filled with His glory, His light, and His truth, His divine nature manifested in human flesh. All that God requires for us to do is to present to Him our weak and feeble bodies, minds, souls, and hearts. Then there will be such a wonderful transformation, metamorphosis, that all of humanity will be in shock and awe of what is taken place. Even as I write this exhortation, I sensed the spirit of God moving mightily within the depths of my innermost being. There is a strong witness to my heart that it is about upon us. When we know that within ourselves, there is absolutely no hope, but our hope is in the one who has given His all, and His best, to Him be all glory and honor, power, and majesty. Once again let us recommit ourselves to these basic commitments for this 40 day long journey. 26 days to go for our transformation to be confirmed. Do you really believe this pastor Mike? Yes, if I will look to Christ, all things are possible. #1 Use godly wisdom with everything I say! #2 Give myself to the word and prayer! #3 Cut off all unnecessary information! #4 Grieve not the Holy Spirit in any form! #5 Instantly obey the leading of the Holy Spirit and word! #6 Violently take a hold of the divine nature of God! #7 Endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ! #8 I must truly walk by faith in Christ, in His word, and not by my feelings or emotions! Believing and knowing that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him! I am examining my walk, since I began this journey. There must be a metamorphosis, transformation that I have not yet acquired. This is done by faith in Christ Jesus, as I gaze upon the reality of who He is, what He has done, who I am in Him, what I can do trusting Christ, my life will be changed. I want to be a partaker of Christ in every aspect of the word. As I study the Scriptures I know the promise of oneness with God is literal, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. Even as I am required to love God with all I am, and have, so my destiny is to be one with God and all I am and have. Many would try to say that these promises cannot be attained while still in the flesh, but I would disagree. At times I have stepped into that realm, while in my body, where I saw into the spirit. I saw also some amazing things that is absolutely baffling and beyond human understanding. • 49. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 THE DREAM I had an amazing dream recently. It’s very hard to describe in human vernacular. I was sleeping peacefully when, at about 3 o’clock in the morning, I was suddenly smack dab in the middle of heaven, close to the throne of God. It was so real and tangible; it literally felt as if I was in heaven physically. God gave me eyes to see all of existence. It was as if I was omnipresent. All of creation lay before me. My mind and emotions, and all 5 of my senses perceived all things. I embraced everything at one time. It was the most amazing experience you could imagine. It was so beautiful and magnificent that it is beyond precise description. It could be likened to being in the eye of a storm with everything spinning around you. With this supernatural, imparted ability I could perceive the spiritual and angelic. I saw angels of all types and ranks. I saw and felt the nature and the physical realms. I saw the planets, moons, stars, solar systems, and the whole universe. I saw animal life, plant life, oceans, seas, lakes, and rivers. I even saw the microscopic molecular realm. God supernaturally expanded my capacity, mentally and emotionally, to perceive all things. If it had not happened to me personally, I would be skeptical myself of someone saying these things. In the midst of this experience I began to be overtaken by an absolute sense of incredible harmony. It was a unity and oneness of a mind-boggling proportion. It resonated through my whole being. I could feel it in my bones, flesh, emotions, and mind. My heart resonated with His harmony. My whole being was engulfed in this unbelievable symphony. All creation, the universe, and spiritual realm were in complete and total harmony and unity. Instantly I perceived everything was at one with God. Not one molecule, not one atom or proton was out of sync with God. As I was looking at creation, suddenly I perceived an invisible force permeating and saturating all of it. God literally gave me eyes to see this invisible force. I could see it moving, flowing, and penetrating everything. With this ability to see, He also gave me spiritual understanding. I realized at that moment that it was this incredible invisible force which was causing all things to exist and flow and move as one living, breathing creation. • 50. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 What I am sharing with you was a progressive revelation unfolding before me like a flower blossoming. In the midst of this experience my ears opened, and I heard the most incredible music, a breathtaking song. This invisible force was literally a song that was being sung. Instantly I perceived that it was this music, this song, which was holding all of creation together. This song was permeating every animate and inanimate thing together. Not only was it holding everything together but also everything was singing along with it. It was the most incredible music and song you could ever imagine. Actually, it is beyond comprehension or human ability to describe this song and what it was doing. All of creation was being upheld and kept together by this song. I could see it and feel it. It was inside of me. I was a part of it. No maestro, psalmist, no Beethoven or Mozart could ever produce such a majestic masterpiece. As I watched and listened, I was overwhelmed with the reality that it was this song that was causing everything to be in harmony and unity. It was this song causing everything to live, move, exist, and have being. During this experience a curiosity took a hold of me. I began to wonder, where is this music, this song, coming from? I began to look high and low, trying to discover where this song had originated. I finally looked behind me, and on a higher elevation I saw God sitting upon His throne. I did not see the clarity of God’s form or face. He was covered in a glistening mist, somewhat like fog. But as I looked upon His form, it was as if my eyes zoomed in on His mouth. I was looking intently at the mouth of God. Out of His mouth was coming this amazing, beautiful, awesome song. This song that God was singing was holding everything together and in perfect harmony. God the Father was making everything one with Himself through this song, this music coming out of His mouth. I literally could see, feel, and experience the song coming out of God’s mouth. In my heart I said to the Father, “Father, how long will You sing this song?” And He spoke to me in my heart, “Throughout eternity, My voice will never cease to sing. My voice will never cease to be heard.” Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 50 of 85
  • 51. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 I could see letters streaming from God’s mouth. Words were coming forth from His mouth. They were swimming in a river of transparent life, like fish swimming in a river. These words seemed to be alive. They were spreading throughout the entire universe, causing everything to exist and to be in harmony. They were permeating all of creation, visible and invisible, spiritual and natural. I knew in my heart that this was the Word of God, the divinely inspired Scriptures. The Word was swimming as if in an invisible transparent river. I knew that this river was a living, quickening force. I knew that it was this river which was causing the Word of God to be alive. The Word of God was being carried forth by this river. I said to the Father, “Father, what is this river that the Word is flowing, swimming, and living in?” And He said to my heart, “It is the Holy Ghost!” I was stunned into silence. After a while I repeated my question. Once again He said to me, “It is the Holy Ghost. It is the breath of My mouth coming from the voice of My lips. And this voice is My Son, Jesus Christ. My voice is My Son, Jesus Christ. And out of His voice comes the Holy Ghost and My Word.” Further He said to me, “My Word would not sustain, heal, deliver, or bring life unless it is quickened and made alive by My Spirit.” Then the Father confirmed this to me by quoting the Scripture where Jesus said, “My Words are Spirit, and they are life.” (See John 6:63.) The Father spoke to me again and said, “You can quote, memorize, and declare the whole Bible, but it will be dead and lifeless until you yield, surrender, move, flow, and come into complete harmony with the Word of God and the Holy Ghost.” This I believe, to some extent, reveals God’s eternal purpose for you and I: to be in complete oneness and harmony with God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost! He is looking for vessels meet for the Masters use, prepared unto every good work. We are not talking about getting saved, but getting into a position where God can use us. But pastor Mike, I thought this is all by grace through faith? That's exactly what I'm talking about. It takes violent faith to take a hold of the divine nature of Jesus Christ and not let go. It takes faith to get your eyes upon Jesus, and to keep them there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Now some would have you to believe that it is impossible to function in this world if you do that. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have experienced through the years the more that my mind and my heart, my eyes are stayed on Jesus Christ, the more productive I become. There are many examples of this in the Bible. To name just a few there is Samuel, Solomon, David, Joseph………….. the early church apostles and disciples! Keeping your eyes on Jesus is like plugging in electrical appliance into an outlet with the proper voltage and amperage . It is then and only then when that equipment will perform according to its design and standards. Jesus told us in John 15, for without me you can do nothing! The problem is we do not believe this to a great extent in the modern day church. Many have been taught that salvation is simply a good confession. That you just confess, and you get. This is not true! You must believe in your heart, and then confess with your mouth. Believing in your heart is deep waters. When you truly believe it, you will live it, do it, think it, act on it, confess it, embrace it, and even feel it. Hebrews 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. When our hearts are filled with the revelation of Jesus Christ, it will flow outward, affecting every part of your being, and it will become like rivers of living water, flowing out of your bellies. This is not some imaginary, PIE in the sky, feel good philosophy or theology, but reality. Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for. When we truly see Jesus, we will walk upon the water to go to Him. Faith is not designed, or you might say, it's function is not to get stuff, but to take you to Jesus . Yes, faith will cause you to go to the Lord in all you do, say, think, watch, and actions. Of faith that works for love for Christ and His Father. They've will cause you to be led by the Holy Ghost, who will lead and guide you into all truth. This is the purpose of this 40 day journey, of bringing us in to a place where Jesus is our everything, our all in all, even as the psalmist described throughout the book of Psalms! May we begin to catch a glimpse of Jesus today. May He be our sunrise, in our horizon, our dreams, and our hopes and aspirations, the anchor of our soul on the sea of trouble, our shield and Buckler, Fortress in high tower, the horn of our salvation, the joy and song of our heart, our every thought and desire. Holy Father please today grant us a revelation of your Son Jesus that we may be able to comprehend with all Saints what is the breath, length, width, and height of the love of Jesus Christ. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager Journal Entry on Facebook Sunday, October 13, 2013, 7:55 am near Gettysburg https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10200611337114578&set=a.2712402017960.2111287.1494202061&type=1 My 40 Day Journey Day 17, Morning Sunday, October 13, 2013, 7:25 am Here I am, pressing towards the Mark, for a wonderful transformation. This 40 day journey needs to be a defining moment, a paradigm shift in my mind and my heart. One of the greatest deceptions the devil propagates upon the believer is an outward focus upon others, society, governments, sinfulness of the world. Our focus needs to be completely and absolutely on nothing but Jesus Christ. That's when wonderful transformation comes. For when we see HIM, we shall be like HIM! The enemy is constantly feeding us information, ideals, thoughts, desires, attitudes, emotions that will keep us distracted. He is absolutely scared to death that we will see Jesus in all of His glory, which will bring instant transformation to our lives. Once we are forever changed by the glory of God, the devil knows he's in trouble. Christ defeated the enemy over 2000 years ago when he suffered on Calvary, gave up the ghost, and rose again on the 3rd day. That same Jesus that overcame principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness is now inside these fragile, frail, clay vessels of humanity. It's not the vessels that threaten the demonic powers that be, but Christ inside of us, the hope of glory. Just one glimpse of Jesus will forever change you. This truth is burning like a mighty torch in my heart. I am not ignorant of the devices of the devil. If I can but behold Jesus, the very glory of the Father will rise up out of my innermost being. Many have misunderstood the anointing. This fact is revealed by how many speak as if it is their anointing with pride dripping from their lips. The reason why the anointing abides within the believer is because it is the anointed one (Christ) who lives within us. The Holy Ghost has not ano inted us, but Christ within us, for His very name means The Anointed One. It is Christ within me, HE is the anointed one, I am but an earthly vessel that carries about the glory of the Father, which is Jesus Christ. If, and this is a big if, “ if any man be in Christ he is a new creature, old things are passed away, behold and all things-yes all things are become new!” This 40 journey is to bring you, not self-awareness, but Christ awareness! In Jesus Christ, we live and move and have our being. When Christ who is our life, shall appear, we shall appear with Him in glory. It was obvious that Jesus Christ was everything to the early believers, which is the reason why they could move in such a wonderful and deep demonstrations of the power and the spirit. The religious hierarchy knew they had to stop this movement, but how were they going to stop it? Please notice they did not tell the apostles, stop praying, do not fast, do not preach, do not read your Bible ---NONO-NO! They told the apostles, and the disciples, you must leave the name of Jesus alone. Do not speak that name any longer to the multitudes, because this was the key to the early churches success, and even the religious hierarchy knew this. Their victory and power, their authority and transfo rmation was all wrapped up, discovered and realized in Jesus Christ. That's why from Matthew to the book of Revelation , it speaks of Jesus in a personal way over 10,000 times. Death is swallowed up in victory, when the believer is finally given completely over to Jesus Christ. May this journey continue, not just for the next 23 days, but through the rest of our earthly lives? That Christ may be glorified in these earthly vessels of clay! Now, unto him be glory in the church throughout all ages, world without end, Amen! But you might ask, what in the world is a Jesus Moment? You can see them throughout the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. It is when God becomes more real to you than anything else . It is when the rivers of living water begin the rise up in you, and overwhelm you. It is when Jesus begins to fill your horizon. Whenever Christ begins to move upon my heart in these wonderful ways all I can say is, WOW! These Jesus Moments overwhelms a person spirit, soul, mind, and body. That's what Peter had when he saw Jesus walking on the water, and he said, Lord if it be thou, bid me come! At that moment Peter jumped up out of the boat, and began to walk on the water. Everything around him completely disappeared, he no longer saw the other disciples, the water, the wind, the waves. All he could see was Jesus Christ! That is a Jesus Moment! Throughout the last almost 40 years I have had many Jesus Moments. I have had miracle after miracle, amazing prayers answered, divine deliverances, and I categorize all of these as Jesus Moments. What is overwhelming my heart at this moment is that God does not want us to have mountain peak experiences, and then to live in the Valley. I'm serious. We do not need to live in the Valley. In Psalms 23 when David was talking about the Valley of the shadow of death, I believe he was still on the mountaintop. Now, how can that be? Because the Lord was with him, and as long as Christ is with us and in us, it is going to be okay. I truly believe I can live in that Jesus Moment every second, every hour, every minute of the day. The Scripture declares: thou shall keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee. Yes this is my 18th day of the journey, and I can assure you transformation is happening in my heart. As I set my heart and my mind to seek the Lord, surely He will fulfill that which conce rns me. • 57. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 The eyes of the Lord are running to and fro, throughout the whole Earth, that He might show himself strong on the behalf of them, whose hearts are perfect toward him. What does this mean? I believe it means He is looking for those whose hearts are captivated by Jesus Christ, caught up into the heavenlies, obsessed, possessed, consumed, and overwhelmed with nothing but Jesus Christ. You can have the whole world, but give me Jesus. Was this not the absolute obsession of the early church? Were they not in love with the one who had given his all, his best, his everything? I truly believe with all my heart that we are not that far from an amazing and wonderful, instantaneous transformation, a Jesus Moment, that will go on throughout eternity. If we would truly, simply, believe what Jesus has told us in the 4 Gospels, revealed partly in John 15, which very clearly states that Christ is the vine, and we are the branches. That, if we would abide in Jesus, and his word, his will, his nature then his very life, the sap of heaven would begin to flow through us like mighty rivers of living water. Oh, God, I pray that we would begin to live moment by moment in that Jesus Moment, where you are more real, more lovely, more amazing, more powerful, more beautiful, and more awesome to us than anything in this world. May it be so, in Jesus name! Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 57 of 85
  • 58. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager No Journal Entry My 40 Day Journey Review of 8 Guiding Principles Day 19 - Tuesday, October 14, 2013 There are a number of things that God is quickened to my heart, (by his grace and mercy) that must be established on this journey. These are simply things that God is convicting my heart of. #1. During these 40 days, I must fast my words. I must speak as little as possible. I must strive only to speak that which God quickens to my heart Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. #2. During These 40 Days, I must give myself as much as possible to the word of God, and prayer. I must seek the Lord with my whole heart. Acts 6:4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. #3. During these 40 days, I must cut off any knowledge, information, or unnecessary functions that would interfere with my endeavor to draw close to God. Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. #7. During these 40 days, I will endeavor to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 1 Peter 2:23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously: #8. He is looking for vessels that have purified, purge d, sanctified, cleansed themselves by the power of His Word and His Spirit, to be vessels meet for the Masters use, prepared unto every good work. Humanity is in the midst of the greatest battle, the greatest struggle that it has ever known. This battle is not economical, governmental, social, technological, but it is spiritual. The enemy of God knows that his time is running out, that what he is going to do, he must do very quickly. We see all the forces of darkness rushing towards that final and notable day of the Lord. It is time for us to turn our plowshares into spiritual swords. It is time for us to put upon all the armor of God that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, stand. When I was a child, it declares in first Corinthians 13, I spake as a child, understood as a child, thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things. It is time for us to become men and women in the spirit, to grow up, to no longer be self-centered, self-serving, but to be Christ centered, Christ serving, self-seeking Christ seeking! We need a fresh baptismal of fire from heaven, one that will consume all the darkness, all the evil, all the foolishness of our hearts . We must strike while the iron is hot. We must work while it is yet day, we must proclaim the truth that sets men free. Let there be a call to go forth, a call for mighty men and women of God, those who are willing to crucify the flesh, willing to stand up and declare that glorious wonderful awesome and amazing name of Jesus Christ. Let us believe the words of Jesus Christ, embracing the reality of what he proclaimed, and be busy about our Father's business, laying aside the sins which so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us . It is time for God's people to to to to awake, arise, take up our arms, go forth into a mighty battle. Paul declared that this is a good fight, because it is a fight we can win by faith in Jesus Christ. Let us not grumble find fault murmur be proud full and and and and gripe, complain, backstab, arrogant. Let us take upon ourselves the divine nature of Jesus by the exceeding great and precious promises that have been given to us through the redemptive work of Jesus . Sound the alarm, blow the trumpet, let the trumpets of war begin to sound, to arms, to arms, to arms ye mighty men and women of God. The enemy is upon us, devouring our loved ones, taking into captivity many, it is time to put a stop to it. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God, Christ has given to us the victory. Let us take that victory which He purchased with His precious blood, His sufferings and agonies, His crucifixion and resurrection, and let us go forth, even now. • 61. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager Journal Entry on Facebook Thursday, October 17, 2013, 8:22 am near Gettysburg link My 40 Day Journey Day 21, Morning Thursday, October 17, 2013, 8:22 am Today as I was in prayer, the spirit began to strongly deal with me about the insanity that is in the heart of man. Ecclesiastes 9:3 This .............: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead. Yes the human heart is exceedingly wicked, and deceitful above all things. This is the reason why Christ came, in order to deliver us from this wicked heart that was corrupted when man partook of the forbidden fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This seed of the serpent is what we would call UNBELIEF, pure and simple. Stop and think just for a moment, can God lie? Seriously we need to ask ourselves this, can God lie? And of course, we would boldly declare NO, a thousand times NO, a million times NO, a billion times NO, a bazillion times NO! Then why do we doubt him? Why do we not trust Him in every way? God is not a man that he should lie, nor the Son of Man, that he should repent. Has He said it, and will He not do it. Has He spoken it, and will He not bring it to pass. But there is within man (in his sinful flesh) a seed that produces death, destruction, fear, disobedience, ungodliness, immorality - you name any evil, and this is the seed that causes it! What is that seed I am referring to? It is the seed of unbelief, doubt, not trusting God. This is the seed of the snake, which was sowed into the heart of man when he committed sin in the garden. Anything that is not of faith, equates to unbelief, sin. First John 3:8 declares he that committed sin, is of the devil. For the devil sinned from the beginning. For this purpose was the son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. There are those within the body of Christ that would tell you the sinful nature is gone. But this lie simply reveals that the sinful nature is still aggressively at work, because the sinful nature is unbelief, doubting God, making him a liar. If this sinful nature was gone, then all unbelief would be gone. There is no power in heaven and in earth greater than faith in Christ! I have experienced flashes of this divine amazing force through the years. Simple faith in Christ, Knowing Who He Is, And What He Has Done, And Where He Sits on High! I could tell you story after story, and I am sure you can to, of what God did when I was truly trusting in Him alone! Here's one little story: I fell off a fence that was 4 feet high. When I hit the ground, my foot was crooked, snapping the bones in my foot instantly. The brothers who were with me saw what I had done to my foot. At that moment, I boldly told them that I believed I was healed. I really wasn’t operating in faith! • 62. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 My foot was swollen and hurting, so I decided to go home to my wife. When I arrived at my house I made my way slowly up the stairs to our bedroom. I found my wife putting away our clothes. I informed what I had done to my foot. I slowly and painfully pulled the shoe and sock off of the broken foot. What a mess! It was fat, swollen, black and blue all over. I put a pillow down at the end of the bed, and carefully pulled myself up onto the bed, lying on my back. And then I tenderly placed my broken, black and blue, swollen foot onto the pillow. No matter how I positioned it, the pain did not in the least decease, if anything it increased. So, I just laid there squirming, moaning, and sighing to myself. As I was lying there trying to overcome the shock that kept hitting my body, I literally heard the audible voice of God. He said to me: “What are you doing in bed?” Now you might say, Brother Mike, how do we know that you heard the audible voice of God? As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Just listen to the rest of the story. When I heard the audible voice of God I said in my heart, Lord I’m just resting. Then He spoke to my heart with the still quiet voice very clearly, Do you always rest at this time of day? I replied, No, Lord. He then spoke again to my heart and said this, I thought you said you were healed? At that very moment the gift of faith exploded inside of me. Faith never doubts God, but boldly takes a hold of what He has said in his word! I said out loud to Him----“Lord, I am healed!” Immediately, I pushed myself up off of the bed, grabbed my socks and shoes, and struggled to put them back on. And what a tremendous struggle it was! My foot was so swollen that it did not want to go into the shoe. My wife was watching me as I fought to complete this task. You might wonder what my wife was doing this whole time as I was fighting this battle of faith. She was doing what she always does; she was just watching me and shaking her head. I finally was able to get the shoe on my swollen, black and blue foot. And then I put my foot down on the floor and began to put my body weight upon it. When I did this, I almost passed out. But at that moment, a holy anger exploded on the inside of me . I mean, I got really good and mad at the devil, because he was telling me that God is a liar. And I want you to know right now, God Cannot Lie!!! I declared out loud boldly, “I am healed in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth!” With that declaration, I lifted my right (broken) foot, as high as I could into the air and slammed it down to the floor as hard as I possibly could. Yes, you heard correctly!!! When I did that, I felt the bones of my foot break even more. It was like the Fourth of July, an explosion of blue, purple, red, green, and white exploded inside of my brain and I passed Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 62 of 85

The moment I came to, I jumped right back up out of my bed. The gift of faith was working in me mightily, and I was not going to take no for an answer. You see, I knew that God cannot lie. The devil absolutely loves it when we call God a liar by our words, actions, and responses. I got back up out of my bed immediately and followed the same process once again, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I am healed,” and slammed my foot down once more as hard as I could! For a second time, I could feel the damage in my foot increasing. My mind was once again wrapped in an explosion of colors and pain as I blacked out. When I regained consciousness, I immediately was up and at it once again, repeating the same process. After the third time of this happening, I remember coming to with my wife standing over the top of me, saying as she looked at me, (she was ashen colored) “You’re making me sick. I can’t watch you do this.” She promptly walked out of our bedroom, and went downstairs leaving me alone. I was not in the least upset with her for not standing with me in this situation. You see, my faith is in Christ, not in trying to get people to agree with me , or not in trying to get people to believe that I have heard from God, and that I am truly believing. The fourth time I was up and at it again declaring boldly, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I am healed,” slamming my foot down even harder than the other three times! Once more, multiple colors of intense pain hit my brain. I passed out again! For the fifth time I got up out of bed again, angrier than ever. This was not a demonic, proud, or haughty anger. This was a divine gift of violent faith that said “I Will Not Take No for an Answer” type of faith. I slammed my foot down the fifth time, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I am healed!” But this time something completely different took place: the minute I slammed my broken, swollen, black and blue, messed up foot unto the floor, the power of God hit me . I literally stood there and watched my foot shrink and become normal. I pulled back my sock, and watched the black and blue in my foot disappear to normal flesh color. I was healed! Praise God, I was made whole! I went downstairs and showed my wife my healed foot. And then I went back to our church office, giving glory to the Lord and showing the staff my healed foot. YES, I am telling you that God cannot lie. May God bring us once again back to where the early church was. They knew their God, and in whom they trusted. Paul said: that I might know Him, the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of his suffering! Oh Lord let it be so! God is doing a deep work in my heart, that I might go deeper into Him! We can only go as high, according to how deep in the divine nature of Jesus we go, like a tree or a skyscraper can only reach towards the heavens, to the depth that they go into the earth. Ephesians chapter 3 is a powerful chapter that Paul, the apostle, penned by the Holy Ghost. He talks about being filled with all the fullness of God – amazing - and he finishes that chapter with: Now unto Him that is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that is at work in us! God is able. What wonderful words, powerful, heart clenching words, to do exceedingly, abundantly, above, all that we ask or think. Yes Lord. I believe it. And what is it at work in us, but the word of God, the nature of Christ, the Holy Spirit, the blood of Jesus, an endless list of amazing, powerful, and unstoppable elements, bringing to pass the divine will of the Heavenly Father! When Christ shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see him as He is! There is something mystical about the human eyes; even the physical aspects of our eyes are amazing. And yet our hearts have eyes, where Paul prays in Ephesians 1 that the eyes of our understanding might be enlightened, to know what is the hope of are calling, the riches of our inheritance, and exceeding greatness of His power to us word who believe. Then he boldly declares that this power is according to that which raised Christ from the dead, putting him far above all principality and power, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. Only by the spirit of the living God can we grasp such concepts and truths. The human mind in its carnality cannot perceive this. It is only God that can open our eyes to these realities. Reading biblical principles, laws, and realities does not make it so in the person's life. Jesus declared: My words are spirit, and they are life. • 65. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 You might ask me: Brother Mike what does this have to do with your 40 day journey? It has everything to do with our journey, for you see, this is to be a journey of enlightenment and divine revelation, which brings transformation. We can never walk in the truth, until we see the truth. As I was in prayer this morning, I began to catch a glimpse, a glimmer, a shadow of the reality of creation. We need to understand that the foundation of the physical, material, touch, taste, see, smell, and hearing world that we live in is not based on the physical, but literally on the invisible. Hebrews 11:1 boldly declares this when it says: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, for by it we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen, were not made of things which do appear. Faith in the heart of a man can be likened to sonar operating in a dolphin, or radar operating in a bat. When you walk by faith, live by faith, think by faith, you are literally operating in another realm. You have entered into another world, where the carnal, fleshly, and human mind cannot go. When I am moving in this world, the most incredible things begin to happen. I begin to see into the spirit, my heart becomes flooded with light, joy overwhelms my soul, truth shines like a mighty beacon, and Christ Himself takes on flesh and blood to me, and in me, and through me. Read Hebrews 11 and see the mighty deeds and actions that took place in the lives of those who truly learned to trust God. The Lord is calling us into this world, never to come out again. This is where we are called to live. It is our natural habitat, like a fish in the ocean, or an eagle sailing upon the high winds of the earth. Enoch walked with God and was not. This is the call of God upon our life. One of my favorite scriptures is second Chronicles, 16:9. For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole Earth, to show Himself strong on the behalf of them whose heart is perfect towards him. The word “perfect” in Hebrew means to be in complete harmony and agreement. This is the reality of faith in Christ, in God the father, and in the ministry of the Holy Ghost. When I'm in this realm of faith, all things are possible. Here is one of my experiences as a young man walking in the realm of faith. I was Stabbed in the Face with a large knife by a Demon Possessed Woman! One Sunday morning, an evangelist, his wife, and I decided to attend a small church along the road to Fairbanks, Alaska. I was the first to go through the doors of this little, old rustic church. When I went through the sanctuary doors, I immediately noticed a strange, little elderly lady, who was dressed in filthy clothes right across from me. She stared at me with wild swirling eyes, with the strangest look I had ever seen. I could sense right away there was something demonic about her, and that she needed deliverance. Out of the blue this little lady jumped up, got out of the pew, and ran out the back door of this church. Immediately, I sensed the spirit of God wanted me to go help her. After the service , I went and asked the pastor who the elderly lady was who ran out of the service. He said she was not a member of his church, but she came once in a great while. He said she and her husband lived in a little run down shack of a house on a dirt road not very far from the church. I asked if it would be okay to go and see her. He said he had no problems with this, especially since she wasn’t a member of his congregation. After we left the church, we followed the directions the pastor gave to us. When we arrived at this lady’s house, we found it exactly as the pastor had said. It was a rundown shack with its yard over flowing with old appliances, furniture, and household items. It was a miracle that they could survive the winters in Alaska in such a poorly built house. As we were getting out of the car, a little old man came running out of the house towards us. It was this little ladies husband. He was thanking God as he walked toward us, and began to tell us that he knew that we were men of God that had been sent to help his wife. I asked this little old man where his wife was. He informed me that she was in the kitchen, and that I was welcome to go see her. • 66. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 I walked towards the house with the spirit of God quickening my heart, the evangelist right behind me. I pushed open the screen door that led into their kitchen, which was more a shed than anything. When I entered the kitchen, I could see this little old lady over at an old large sink. Her back was towards me, but I could see she was peeling carrots over her sink with a very large butcher knife. With her back towards me, her head slowly swiveled to face me as I began to speak to her. I could hardly believe what I just saw and what I was now seeing with my eyes! This little lady’s eyes were actually glimmering with a bright red light. If I am recollecting correctly, I actually began to rub my eyes because of what I thought I just saw and I remember thinking that maybe I was hallucinating. Immediately, fear began to flood my heart and my soul because I was not looking at the face of the woman, but a woman with a demon. I very quickly brought my mind back to Christ. Then I began to share with her about Jesus Christ. Before I knew what she was doing, she was rushing right at me, her face filled with great and fearsome rage. The knife was still clutched in her right hand towards me when she had spun around. I did not see her drop the knife because things were moving so fast. I simply assumed she did. The next thing I knew she was upon me hitting me in the face repeatedly. She kept hitting me with her hand. I remember at the time that it really did not feel like a hand, but something solid which kept bouncing off of my face. As she was hitting me, there was no fear in my heart whatsoever, just nothing but total complete divine peace. Her hitting me did not produce any type of pain whatsoever in my face. The spirit of the Lord rose up within me and I spoke the name of Jesus Christ with authority. The minute I came against this attack in the name of Jesus Christ, she was literally picked up by an invisible power and flew across the room. It must've been at least 10 feet before she slammed against the wall and slipped down to the floor. I immediately went to her and began to cast the devils out of her. She was contorting and twisting on the floor as she was screaming and moaning, demons leaving. I still remember to this day, the great peace that came to her face once they were gone. What a change, wonderful change in her countenance. Before she look so tormented and evil, twisted and ungodly, but now she was just a little old lady who needed loving. Once she was free she told us her story. Her uncle had repeatedly molested and raped her when she was a very young girl. After years of abuse, she thought she was finally free from him when he got sick and died. But then he began to visit her from the dead, and continuing to molest and rape her at night all of those many years up to this moment. She did not know that it was a familiar spirit disguised as her uncle. As long as we were in that area, we would pick up her husband and her and take them to church services. I remember taking them one night to a meeting where the Davis family was ministering. This little lady who was now free was bathed and dressed very nice. You would not have recognized her. Years later, the evangelist who was with me heard me retell this story, and after the service he informed me that I was not telling the story correctly. I wondered if he thought that I was exaggerating. He said that he was actually standing behind me when this demon possessed woman came at me and began to slap me repeatedly. But he said that it was not her hand that she was slapping me with, but she was literally stabbing me in the face with her knife, over and over. He said he thought I was a dead man at that moment. Of course, I felt something hitting my face but I thought it was her hand. Instead, it was her knife she was stabbing me in the face with but it could not pierce my skin! God supernaturally and divinely protected me by making my face impervious to the knife. I know this sounds incredulous, but is the absolute truth. To God be the glory! Thank you Jesus for your wonderful mercy! Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 66 of 85

My heart rejoices in the fact that there is still a remnant of those who truly know what it means to live for God. I am more convinced now than ever that we are living in the generation that will see the return of Christ. I know all the previous generations believe that, and yet there are so many signs everywhere in the economy, the governments, the technology, the perversion and immorality, the Luke warmness and lack of love within the modern day church. There seems to be a tiredness, an oldness in all that is around us. You can sense such a lack of joy and peace, love and wholeness in the lives of people today. Even in my short life span of 57 years, things have so dramatically changed then when I was a child. The very foundations of our previous generations has eroded away overnight, like when the river rips the foundation out from underneath the house. Just the statistics of what has happened are frightening as we begin to look at what's the American family, marriages, and homes. Look at the laws that our present governmental system is beginning to force upon us which are so contrary to the doctrines of Christ. We are not talking about just our nation, but the nations of the world have lost their way, darkness has filled their minds and their hearts are filled with perversion and greed. In the midst of all of this mess is the remains of what once was the apple of God's eye, which is His church. Even as Jesus prophesied in Matthew chapter 24 when he said, the love of many shall wax cold, because iniquity shall abound. But God is about to do an amazing miracle. I shared a message with the congregation on the subject of “The Prophetic and Last Day Movement”. From all my study and interpretation of scriptures, limited understanding, I believe that we are heading for a massive move of the Holy Ghost. There are over 100 specific prophecies spoken of within the Bible about this last and prophetic movement. The book of Joel declares: multitudes, multitudes in the Valley of decision. The previous Scripture talks about taking the sickle into the harvest. Some would interpret this as God's judgment, but I do not believe that this is the correct interpretation. The book of James chapter 5 very clearly informs the 12 tribes scattered abroad to be patient, to endure because the husbandman, the Lord of the harvest is waiting for the precious fruit of the earth. The early and latter rain will come together in one glorious final finale. I believe there is about to be a great and final finale to this great harvest that God's heart has been yearning for. From the very beginning he told the human race to multiply, increase, be fruitful, and fill the earth. I'm totally convinced the enemy knows this also, and therefore has been propagating abortion. He knows that there's going be one great harvest, one last finale if you may of the outpouring of the Holy Ghost. The barns will be full and overflowing to bursting. Then will be fulfilled what was spoken to Abraham when he was told that his seed would be as the stars in the heavens for multitude, and like the sand at the seashore. When will this begin? I believe this last great final harvest will begin when the signs come exploding into the heavens. The fear of the Lord will come upon the earth once again, and the prodigal sons and daughters will come rushing home to their heavenly Father. We will be the sickles that God will use to reap the harvest. The spirit of the Lord will come upon his people mightily, and it will go forth and boldness, declaring and proclaiming the return of Jesus Christ. Those have oil for their lamps will burn brightly, those who don't, will slink back into darkness. This is not a battle for geographical land, gold, money, or even nations, but for the souls of every human being. Our enemy is invisible, and yet we can see his shenanigans and workings everywhere. The whole Earth has been filled with his wickedness, perversion, corruption and immorality, anarchy and darkness. And yet, the light shines in this darkness , for darkness can never overcome light. As we look at the circumstances, our plight may seem hopeless, but this is nothing but a lie, an allusion created by the enemy of our souls. We have great hope, because our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has overcome the world. Jesus Christ is victorious, and has conquered principalities and powers, and every name that has been named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come . Not only is Jesus Christ victorious, but we are victorious through Him, by Him and in Him. The task before us may at times seem to be insurmountable, but this is a lie. For first John 4:4 says Greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. We can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens us, because God is for us, then who can be against us. The bride of Christ, the Saints, the Army of God, the Apple of God's eye will arise, by the blood of Christ, in the name of Christ, and go forth, prevailing and overcoming in every situation. This is not the whimsical dreaming of a ranting man, but the promise of an eternal God, who cannot lie, never slumbers, never changes, and will bring to pass everything he has promised! Our position in the midst of all of this is simply to submit ourselves to God, His Word, His will, His nature in every area of our daily living. We are to completely and absolutely surrender to God, and nothing else. God steps through these our fragile frail vessels, to bring about His ultimate divine purposes. It is for His great namesake alone that He chooses to do these things in us and through us. He has put these treasures in earthen clay vessels that the Excellency of the glory may be of God and not of us. May we simply surrender and submit to His eternal and limitless purposes! God is a spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. To be carnally minded is death, but To be spiritually minded is life and peace. The carnal mind pours itself and all of its resources into the physical wo rld, the natural things which are passing away. The spiritually minded seeks those things which are above , where Christ sits at the right hand of the Father. When God becomes more real to us than the natural world in which we live, it will become evident by that which we do, with that which we process. PEARL OF GREAT PRICE The whole world is like a gigantic oyster bed, which lies at the bottom of the ocean. Outwardly, all of these oysters look exactly the same. It is not until you pry them open that it is revealed whether or not they have any pearls of value within them. If they do have any pearls, they will vary in sizes and colors. We truly need to look at the oyster, to understand what it is that God is endeavoring to do with the human race. We understand that Pearls are the result of a biological and natural process -- which actually come about because the oyster is protecting itself from an invasion from the outside. Spiritually, I believe this would be the spiritual world of the demonic. John 10:10 declares: that the thief comes not but to steal, kill, and destroy,.......... In order for us to understand how pearls are formed in certain oysters, we must first understand that oyster's basic response to an outside invasion. As the oyster grows in size, its shell must also grow. The oyster has what is called a mantle, which is an organ that produces the oyster's shell inside and out by using minerals from the food which the oyster partakes. For the believer this would be the word of God! This material created by the mantle is called nacre. The oyster produces this liquid called nacre, which eventually lines the inside of the shell. This is that pretty white, rainbow colored substance that covers the inside of the oysters shell. To me this would be symbolic of faith that overcomes the world, the flesh, and the devil. • 73. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 The formation of a natural pearl begins when a foreign substance slips into the oyster between the mantle and the shell, which irritates the mantle. Actually, this foreign object pierces the mantle, cutting it open, causing damage. It would be like us having a splinter in our foot or our hand. The oyster's pearls natural reaction is to cover up that irritant to protect and heal itself. Paul declared: above all taking the shield of faith, where with you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. There are many Scriptures speak about the subject of faith overcoming with patience. Of course not all oysters respond like this. Actually the majority of oysters just lay there like a lump on the log, never responding, never attacking, never rising up against this morning invasion. Now this organ within the oyster, the mantle, covers the irritant with layers of the same liquid substance that it used to create its shell. This eventually forms a pearl of great value. So a pearl is a foreign substance covered with layers of liquid nacre which hardens. Pearls are extremely valuable and come in a variety of various colors, including white, black, gray, red, blue, and green. Amazingly, these pearls are only created when an oys ter begins to fight the foreign substance. Many oysters never create pearls because they never endeavor to cast out of their system that which does not belong in them. If you pry open an oyster, it's amazing how the inner workings almost look like the human heart. Of course our physical heart is not our spiritual heart, which is an invisible reality. God is looking for those who hate iniquity, sin, unbelief, and doubt within their hearts. May we be divine oysters that produce the precious and valuable object we could call a pearl of great price, which is faith in Christ, manifested in all we do and say! • 76. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 James Eugene Barbush Journal Entry on Facebook Thursday, October 31, 2013, 11:20 am https://www.facebook.com/docyeager/posts/10200706772540404 Our 40 Day Journey Day 35, Morning Thursday, October 31, 2013, 9:57 am REPENTANCE means CHANGE YOUR HEART AND LIFE On Friday, September 27, 2013, I came across the invitation of Pastor Mike Yeager, pastor of Jesus Is Lord Ministries, Cashtown, PA (on Rt. 30 near Gettysburg) to join him on his journey, called “My 40 Day Journey”, the purpose of which he stated to be “to possibly in some way help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God.” The invitation and my acceptance of it came at a seemingly pivotal time in my life , the details of which I will write about another time. I was familiar with Mike Yeager’s teaching, having listened to many of his tapes many years ago, 24 years ago. Thus, I decided to follow the pastor on his journey. In joining the 40 Day Journey, I purposed to read all the journal entries that Pastor Yeager would post on his Facebook page. It is now Day 35 of the journey, which I have called “Our 40 Day Journey”. As I look back on 34 days, I remember some key points I learned. I want to enter those into this journal. Most importantly, I need to journal about these “life changing” points so I can see them and further absorb them into my mind and spirit. On this entry, I want to focus on one point that could be the most important point of all – “The need for Christians to repent”. What I heard the pastor saying in his posts and in his teachings is that he repents often. On hearing that, I was struck, or better said, “convicted”, that I do not repent as I should. As a Christian, I am still one who sins. And therefore, I must determine to repent, turn away from those sins, and purpose to put those actions away and do right actions. From that conviction, I wondered if we as Christians rest on our “salvation” and do not “repent” as we should. The answer is surely “yes” for many of us. Repentance was always a word that I struggled with, not in the sense that I did not want to do it, but in the sense of not understanding what it means. I guess many people might also have that lack of knowledge and identification with the word. But, in 1989, (God-incidentally at the same time I was introduced to Mike Yeager) I found a translation of the word “repent” that gave me a better understanding of its meaning, a picture of what the word truly meant. As we know, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. I need pictures to help my understanding. I need to see it to understand it. I was led to read a version of the bible called, “The New Century Version”. In that version, instead of using the word “repent”, these words were used – “change your heart and life”. Suddenly, I had a clear picture of what I thought the meaning of the word “repent” could be. “Change your heart and life”. Those words told me this: “If what is in my heart would be changed, then what is outwardly expressed by the actions of my life, actions that come out of my heart, would be changed. When my heart is changed, then my life is changed.” Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 76 of 85
  • 77. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 I so much more identify, appreciate, and understand those words, “change your heart and life”, rather than trying to come to grips with one word, “repent”. (not to discount God's word) Now that I better understand the word, “repent”, what am I going to do with it? Am I going to “change my heart and life”? That’s where Mike Yeager’s comments stirred me. I heard him, a pastor, expressing his need to repent and telling his stories of repentance in his own life. I then realized that I also need to repent and change my heart and life on a continual basis. It’s a daily necessity. It’s not just a necessary action for salvation, but it’s also a necessary action after salvation. We cannot rest on “being saved”, and not continue in repentance, continue in changing our hearts and lives on a continual basis. So, “repentance”, “changing my heart and life”, is no longer to be neglected in this Christian’s walk with Christ. It’s a necessary part of my walk, a required part of my walk, to be able to live the victorious life that He has planned for me. God help me. Mike Yeager started his journey called, “My 40 Day Journey”. As I joined him, his 40 Day Journey became “Our 40 Day Journey”. And, it’s never to late to start. The invitation is always open for others to join. You can join, now, on Day 35 of “Our 40 Day Journey”. Start by simply reading journal entries. Then, as we walk together, we will realize the initially stated purpose, “to possibly, in some way, help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God.” I will publish a document of all the journal entries for Mike’s 40 Day Journey in case you are new to this journey and would like to engage more fully in this 40 Day Journey. https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rj a&docid=bWpw-zcAXQR2lM&tbnid=q35IkhEbbeeZM:&ved=0CAUQjRw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwequoteit.net%2Finspirationalquotes%2Fyou-change-yourlife%2F&ei=CnpyUp7dD9PI4AOI5IG4Dw&bvm=bv.55819444,d.cWc&psig=AFQjCNE 3-lCDORmZZpnVO050njf3NLlN4w&ust=1383320247504271 Journal Entries for “My 40 Day Journey – Mike Yeager Published by James Eugene Barbush, A Follower on The Journey Page 77 of 85

Yesterday, Day 35, I wrote what I learned about “repentance”, which means “change your heart and life”. Today, I want to write about how we view our church leaders. Let’s start with some things Paul said. 1 Corinthians 11:1 KJV Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. NIV Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. Galatians 4:12 KJV Brethren, I beseech you, be as I am; for I am as ye are: ye have not injured me at all. NIV I plead with you, brothers and sisters, become like me, for I became like you. You did me no wrong. Paul told the believers at Corinth to follow him as he followed Christ. He also told them to become like him. • 81. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 James Eugene Barbush My 40 Day Journey RESULTS So, here we are . . . the 40 Day Journey has ended. What was accomplished? What has changed? To answer those questions, let’s do some review of how this journey started. The following invitation was sent out on Day 1 of the journey by Mike Yeager, pastor of Jesus Is Lord Ministries, Cashtown, PA, near Gettysburg: I would like to invite you to come with me on an exciting journey for the next 40 days. In over 38 years of ministry, I have seen God do wonderful, and amazing things. With all that God has done in my life, in the natural I should be satisfied. But I Am Not! Let me once again state what the purpose of this journal is for, to possibly, in some way, help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God. There are a number of things that God is quickened to my heart, (by his grace and mercy) that must be established on this journey. These are simply things that God is convicting my heart of. DURING THESE 40 DAYS, I MUST #1. Fast ..............................my words. Speak ...........................as little as possible Strive ...........................only to speak that which God quickens to my heart #2. Give ..............................myself as much as possible to the Word of God and prayer. Seek .............................The Lord with my whole heart. #3. Cut off .........................any knowledge, information, or unnecessary functions ........................................that would interfere with my endeavor to draw close to God. #4. Determine ...................in my heart to not grieve the Holy Spirit ........................................by speaking evil, thinking evil, doing evil in any given situation. #5. Obey ............................the leading of the Holy Spirit, instantly (as much as lies within me). Become ........................sensitive to the Word of God, ........................................ to the Spirit of God ........................................ in His endeavors to reveal to me His perfect will. #6. Take a hold of ...........the divine nature of the Father with violent faith. Yield ..............................myself to the fruits of the spirit, the character and nature of the Holy Trinity! #7. Endeavor ....................to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. #8. Truly exercise ...........faith in God, in Christ. Truly believe .............that God is going to reward this endeavor to draw close to Him. Do .................................these things in order to help others discover the amazing, awesome, and wonderful things God has for those who seek Him with their whole heart. • 82. Here are 2 statements that stand out to me in the above invitation: 1. I simply realize that we desperately need a divine intervention of God in our generation like never before . 2. State what the purpose of this journal is for, to possibly, in some way, help others in their endeavor to walk closer with God. I fully agree with the first statement - we desperately need a divine intervention of God in our generation like never before. There’s no need to go into details. Just look around at our country and the world. Regarding the second statement, I can say, “I was helped in my endeavor to walk closer with God.” Thus, I can easily assume that others were helped also. We so desperately need a divine intervention to help us walk closer to our God. I can say that this Our 40 Day Journey has started me on the path to ever getting closer to God in my walk with Him. Regarding the 8 Guiding Principles and Scriptures that were stated in the invitation, I can say, they are all things I need to continue to work on. Why? #1. Because much time has been wasted in what I say and do. Because Jesus did what He saw the Father doing, and I need to get to that level of knowledge. #2. Because I need more of the word and prayer. I need more of God. I need to seek God in the word and prayer. #3. Because the time is short and I need to be selective about the knowledge and information I take in from television, the internet, people., and organizations I am involved with. #4. Because I need to stop speaking, thinking, and doing things out of the flesh, and out of habit, that are not of God. #5. Because I need to seek and know God’s perfect will, and be sensitive to what He wants done in every situation. • 83. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 #6. Because I need to be one that seeks the Kingdom of God in a forceful and personal way and do that exhibiting the fruits of the Spirit. #7. Because I need to cut-off every thought that is not of God, and put forth truths that are of God, and thus be obedient to His will. #8. Because I need to exercise the hope that brings forth Godly results, even if it is not seen in the natural. Because I need to practice the 8 guidelines so that others can discover the amazing, awesome, and wonderful things God has for those who seek Him with their whole heart. What was accomplished? What has changed? Things were learned that I should ponder, act out Godly ways, and write about, such as: The need for myself and other Christians to repent, and we must purpose to repent. The need for myself and other Christians to strive to become like Christ and not like men. The recognition by myself and other Christians that our fleshly hearts are corrupt, and we should not think highly of ourselves. The recognition that I and other Christians need to confess our inability to change ourselves, except by the word of God. The recognition that I and other Christians are not acting as though we are totally separated from the world and unto God, and need to live as though we are not “of” this world. The recognition that I and other Christians have heard to few preachers who lead their flocks in teaching the full truth, but they may be teaching another gospel. Thus, we need to listen to preachers who speak the truth without false teaching. The recognition that I and other Christians are weak in ourselves and strong in Him. The recognition that my leadership and that of other Christians is lacking at home, and that needs to change. NOW WHAT? The best way to answer that question is to repost what Mike Yeager said in his journal on Facebook, on Day 35, Thursday, October 31, 2013, which is provided on the following page, and can be summed up in this one statement: Actually what I have done is taken the bull by the horns, and decided 40 days is not enough. This must absolutely be A Daily Lifestyle until I breathe my last. Once again, I set my heart to seek God. This Must Be a Lifestyle, and not just a 40 day journey! • 85. Final Version Dated November 8, 2013 DrMichael H Yeager https://www.facebook.com/docyeager/posts/10200733764695191 Please Read This Warning About our new book coming out! I need God, cause I'm stupid! The Lord had me write this book not to impress you, or to cause you to think less of me. It is written for the sole purpose of giving hope to those who seem to be hopeless . It reveals how easily our hearts go astray, and yet God is there . There are many things that I share in HOW I missed God, and yet in spite of it, He was there . This book is written in the hopes that others will see 1. Hidden dangers, traps, and snares of the enemy. 2. Where there's hope, even in the most of hopeless situation. 3. That we are easily led astray, thereby needing desperately to depend upon God for every decision. 4. That if we repent, cry out to God, He will hear our feeble pleas and rescue us. 5. That there are consequences to all of our decisions, even though we are forgiven. 6. If we truly are God's people, the Lord will put us into a melting pot, turn up the heat, to cause all the impurities to come to the surface. Once they manifest, it is up to us what we do with them. 7. That your heart will even be tested and revealed in the reading of this book. Many of those within the body of Christ specifically in America are involved in spiritual hero worship. What do I mean by this? There are those that many of us look up to such an extent that we almost worship them. I hear many believers boasting and exalting pre achers, (how wonderful and amazing they are). Yet they very seldom ever mention Jesus Christ! If for any reason you have put me on a pedestal, this honest and frank account of my walk with God will kick that pedestal over. If you cannot handle reality, this would not be a good book for you to read! Luke18: 9 And He spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: 10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. 12 I fast twice in the week . I give tithes of all that I possess. 13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. 14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalts himself shall be abased; and he that humbles himself shall be exalted.
