Well, duh!
READING IS A VERY VERY VERYGOOD THING
That’s why wehave libraries forpeople like himin the UK.It’s the LAW. GREAT!
But forschoolchildrenlike her …
LIBRARIES AREOPTIONAL
The LAW does notrequire LIBRARIESin schools.
Well,DOUBLE duh!
NOW MORETHAN EVERChildren need to read.
BECAUSE DISTRACTIONSARE EVERYWHERE.
But There’s so much to do. What’s the point of reading?
WHY READ?
Because in the pages of a bookyou can be ANYBODY.
Because thewords that buildthe story willbecome YOURS, tobuild your LIFE.
READ not forhappy endingsbut for newbeginnings. You’re justbeginningyourself, and youcould use a MAP.
Because one of these days you’re goingto get out of this town, and goeverywhere and meet everybody andyou want to be READY.
READ, and you’renever going to runout of material.
EVERY journeybegins in theLIBRARY andyou’d betterstart packing.
