  • Introduction  The most important element you need to ensure in any business letter is accuracy.  One of the aspects of writing a business letter that requires the most accuracy is knowing which type of business letter you are writing.  If you know the form to use, you will significantly increase your odds of getting a reply. The third and final letter could say that, if the person doesn't meet the demand in a timely manner (usually 1060 days), you intend to file suit and let a judge decide the matter.
