  • 4. Use PowerPoint to create <ul><li>A slide presentation to run on a computer monitor or to use with a projection device </li></ul>
  • 5. PowerPoint can also create <ul><li>Physical slides that can be used with overhead projectors </li></ul><ul><li>35 mm slides that can be used with slide projectors </li></ul><ul><li>Certificates </li></ul><ul><li>Awards </li></ul><ul><li>School reports </li></ul><ul><li>Websites (although I don’t recommend it) </li></ul><ul><li>Calendars </li></ul><ul><li>Charts and graphs </li></ul><ul><li>Scrapbooking pages </li></ul>
  • 6. Presentations can include <ul><li>Clip art </li></ul><ul><li>Animation </li></ul><ul><li>Photographs </li></ul><ul><li>Sound </li></ul><ul><li>Speaker’s notes </li></ul><ul><li>Handouts </li></ul>
