Precipitation & Absorption For Iron, Arsenic, and other Heavy Metals <ul><li>Ferric Hydroxide or Hydrated Ferric Oxide is widely accepted media for the removal of naturally occurring heavy metals from water. </li></ul><ul><li>The process offered is capable of generating Ferric Hydroxide or Hydrated Ferric Oxide on its own and shall keep on enhancing the Heavy Metal Removal efficiency. </li></ul><ul><li>Oxidation chamber oxidise the dissolved iron and produce Ferric Hydroxide. </li></ul><ul><li>This produced Ferric Hydroxide shall be in precipitate form. </li></ul><ul><li>This precipitate of Ferric Hydroxide laden water stream is passed through a Sand Bed Filter. </li></ul><ul><li>At Sand Bed Filter this precipitate is trapped in various layers of it which actually form a very thin coat on the fine sand granules. </li></ul><ul><li>This thin coat of Ferric Hydroxide on the fine sand granules maximises the surface area of the created Ferric Hydroxide coated Sand Bed which enhances the Heavy Metals removal efficiency. </li></ul>
