  • This slide represents the overall packaging of ZENworks Asset Management. Asset Management represents all product functions. Asset Inventory is a separate component that we are making available to existing ZENworks customers (we will talk more about that at the end of the presentation) and is also the foundation for Asset Management.

  • The key emphasis here is that Novell has a team of people who do nothing but build and maintain this Knowledgebase that ensure that IT managers get the information they need, when and how they need it to solve problems and make decisions. We should just allude to the bullet on coded licensing data and say that we will talk about that further in the Software Compliance section. Put simply, we identify, synthesize, and normalize data so that our customers don’t have to.
