  2. 2. PAGE 2 FRSA FLASH THOUGHTS TO CONSIDER !!! The deepest desire in a persons life is to feel appreciated. People are attracted to those who makethem feel that they are valuable human beings. They are drawn to those who are willing to acknowl-edge and applaud their strengths. A few compliments from you can have a powerful impact in a per-sons life.Mary Kay Ash learned the secret of encouraging people. She was the founder of Mary Kay Incorpo-rated. She considered the Golden Rule as the guiding principle for Mary Kay Cosmetics. She was astrong advocate of "praising people to success." Kay once said, "No matter how busy you are, youmust take time to make the other person feel important."Find someone today that you can encourage. You can be instrumental in shaping their future. Yourpositive words can give the person the push they need to succeed. When you do this, you have justchanged the future for that person. Who will you encourage today? Now, just go and do it!
