  • The program was piloted at the end of 2004 with ASUG, and rolled out broadly in September 2005, as a response to a request by the ASUG Board to better understand TCO and ROI associated with implementing SAP Its mission is to be a forum for SAP customers to exchange metrics and best practices The survey content is relevant for IT and Business audiences, and the IT sections of studies were designed for companies running on SAP The studies are available on an ongoing basis, to allow for tracking of year over year improvement As ASUG and SAP consider this a strategic service to our customers, program participation as remained free of charge
