    • All deficiencies in key performance indicators will require a Performance Corrective Action Plan .

    • Level 2 This category is based on performance on six key indicator measures. Any program group with four or more deficiencies on key performance indicators for a given year, must complete a Performance Improvement Plan.

    • Intended to assist each school in determining its future needs for
