I am sorry for your loss. Words can never describe the pain and emptiness, but time will help you heal some. It is the wonderful memories we cherish that will eventually overcome the sadness with a more healing sense of acceptance...but only over time.
Thank you all for your kind comments and your support. Each year is still very hard, but I think when I know we are out there trying to help other parents to have the resources they need when they have experienced such a horrendous loss, well, I guess I feel like I have a purpose again.
