  11. 11. On pages…! What pages are your potential customers visiting and what impression do they get when they’re there?! Find your worst pages and make them better by adding value in some way.

  15. 15. On traffic sources…! Organic = from Google search! Direct = people typing in your URL! Referral = people clicking on a link on another website that leads to yours.!
