  • 1. BIO 08-27-2013 James P. Mullan, CMDSM, EMCM, MDC, MDP, CSSGB is a seasoned National Operations Manager at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. who specializes in high profile account management. His 35 years of experience includes mail & office services, shipping, receiving, records management, disaster recovery, distribution and fulfillment. Jim has served on the MSMA National Board (Director-at-Large) for the past year and a half. He is also an active board member for the Metro NJ NY MSMA Chapter for many years. Jim is also the 2013 Industry Co- Chair for the GNJ Postal Customer Council and has served on the GNY Postal Customer Council (VP Sponsorship). He is presently serving on the PCCAC (Postal Customer Council Advisory Committee) as well. Jim has been published in mailing industry trade journals, such as Postal World, MAIL: Magazine and Mailing Systems Technology (MST). He received the MSMA Mail Manager of the Year Award in 2010 and most recently in 2011 he received the prestigious Benjamin Franklin Award for his distinguished service and contributions to the industry. He has been a speaker / presenter for many years at MAILCOM, ON- DEMAND and the NPF. Jim has also presented webinars for the MSMA, such as “Five Easy Pieces: Five Guidelines for Eco-Friendly and Cost-Effective Mail Management Practices” and “Quality Control in Mail Center Operations”.
