    5. What’s New: Focus on FE (JISC Lead: Mark Williams)
      • Institutional Support Programme:

        • Support Contract Awarded to Cardiff (Rhys Smith) and Kidderminster College (Graham Mason).
        • All institutions are eligible to bid, although those with a good case for lack of internal effort will be given priority.
        • Applications still be accepted.
      • Netskills training places now fully subsidised.
    6. What’s New: Focus on Publishers (JISC Lead: Jane Charlton)
      • Successful meetings with most of the major publishers in the UK.
      • Single major concern is Blackwells / Wiley.
      • Work to better to develop interfaces / user experience.
      • Grants in place for small publishers.
    7. What’s New: Technical Focus (JISC Lead: Nicole Harris)

    8. What’s New: Focus on Libraries (JISC Lead: Masha Garibyan)
      • Focus on understanding terms and conditions of licenses, and current access routes for all resources within libraries.
      • Support for understanding attributes.
      • User experience:
        • Working with publishers on presentation to users through interfaces like the JSTOR WAYF or using ‘institutional log-in’ as a generic log-in term.
        • Transfer of personalisation data to federated accounts.
      • New mailing list for librarians shortly be announced.
