  3. 3. Patriotism:<br />Coat of arms: white Eagle.<br /> denotes positive and supportive attitudes to a fatherland, by individuals and groups. The fatherland (or motherland) can be a city or a region, but pariotism usually applies to a nation and / or a nation state. Pariotism covers such attiutudes as: pride in its achievements and culture, the desire to preserve its character and the basis of the culture and identification with other members of the nation.<br />
  4. 4. National anthem: Mazurek Dąbrowskiego.<br />In 1927 ”Mazurek Dąbrowskiego” became official hymn for Poland.<br />Józef Wybicki wrote it.<br />

Famous Poles<br />Czesław Miłosz - was born on 1911 and died on 2004 - lawyer, Polish translater and diplomat, poet, prosaist, essayist, historian of literature.<br />Henryk Sienkiewicz - was born on 1846 and died on 1916 - novelist and publicist, laureate of Nobel Prize in sphere in literature for ensemble of creation.<br />
