NEC Geek Squad Hosts Outlook: Calendars and Contacts The NEC Geek Squad is proudly announcing the second track of training sessions to assist the community in becoming more proficient with Outlook. This training session will focus on the Calendar and Contact functions within Outlook . Individuals who are eligible to attend are new or existing users with enterprise e-mail accounts. The attendees of this session will leave with a better understanding of how to manage Outlook Calendars, Distribution Lists and Contacts. Course topics will include: • Adding/Removing Contacts • Creating Distribution Lists • Sharing Contacts/Distribution Lists • Creating Calendar Events • Sharing Calendars Training sessions will be offered on March 21st and 28th at 10:00 – 11:00am and 1:00 – 2:00pm, in ACAP’s training room building 404 . Space is limited, only the first 20ppl will be able to attend.
