It is a standardized program throughout the Marine Corps that must be instructed by a certified HITT Instructor. Program emphasis is on key components with relation to superior speed, power, strength, flexibility, endurance and overall combat readiness while reducing the likelihood of injury and ensuring that all service members are physically prepared for real-time combat /tactical situations. HITT workout sessions are available to service members who want to WORK OUT but not become certified. Open HITT instructor lead sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 0630-0730 and 1130-1230. Non-members may participate in Officers’Club food and beverage services and special entertainment events only when Non-member prices are advertised.
