Aidman (Tampa), James G. Brown (Orlando), Edward B. Carlstedt (Tampa), Peter R. Corbin (Jacksonville), John E. Duvall (Jacksonville), Thomas G. Garwood, Jr. (Orlando), Robert D. Attorneys are selected for this honor through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates.  The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5 percent of attorneys in the state of Florida are selected for inclusion in "Super Lawyers."  In addition, six of the firm's Florida attorneys – Chelsie J. Flynn (Orlando), Andrew R. Lincoln (Tampa), R. Michelle Tatum (Jacksonville), Amy R. Turci (Jacksonville), Jessica T. Walberg (Orlando) and Lavern J. Wilson (Tampa) - were named to the 2014 list of "Florida Rising Stars."  This list recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state -- those who are 40 years old or younger, or those who have been practicing for 10 years or less.  While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list. About Super Lawyers Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
