María Lucía Sánchez, belonging to one of the most important families of national and international music scene, the family "DeLucia, was born on March 15, 1982 in Madrid. Malú called an infant.His musical career began at age 15 When at a party at her housebegan to sing and producer Jesús Yanes surprised by the talent ofMalú, decided to submit to the record company Pep's Records.began recording their first album in the months of January andFebruary 1998. album was titled "Apprentice", with great help fromthe great Alejandro Sanz. It sold 400,000 copies and remained on the official list AFYVE sales for 28 weeks, and the awards granted by the SGAE Amigo 1998, Malú won the award for best new artist,and was also nominated for best female artist award. After his firstalbum came a major tour of Spain and Latin America and a contract with Walt Disney Records to interpret the theme "Reflection" bychildren's film "Mulan. "<br />Following the "Apprentice" came in 1999, "change", an albumwhich, according to her, the main difference was the voice. Inmid-2001, following a change of label (Malú firm Sony) they released their third album "This Time", a record for putting all eggs in one basket. For this album is seduced by his godfather AlejandroSanz and will record up to Miami. After the successful "Esta Vez",Malu was immersed in a tour by both Spain and America, and afterit was launched himself into his fourth album, entitled "Another Skin ", and launched the Spanish market June 30 2003. In this work(recorded between Miami and Mexico), Malu says is his most personal album due to the selection of topics on their part. In addition, this album delves into new sounds to give a different facetMalú and desencasillarla of heartbreaking ballads, although theseare still present on your disk.<br />A few months after launching "Another Skin" to the market, Malúbegan recording their fifth album directo.Y did. On the night ofFebruary 3, 2004 and in the room Pasha Madrid, Malú recorded"For once" with a luxury guest (David de María, Antonio Orozco,Alejandro Sanz and his father, Pepe de Lucia).The album was released on April 19 along with a DVD that includedthe performance of the night, videos, photos and extras. A treat forfans Malú. October 31 is set to release her sixth studio album. "If I'm Crazy"is the first single composed by David Santisteban, Gemma Gallardoand Pablo Pinilla.Produced by Mauri Stern (former member of Magneto) andGraeme Pleeth is a different album in the career of Malú moreacoustic, more intense, more naked. Was recorded in Madrid andLondon with a total involvement Malú, in all processes of the disc,from song selection to production."Challenge"kicks off with passion "If I'm Crazy" and closes with"Elsewhere, " a ballad composed by his brother José de Lucíawhich is supported by the flamenco guitarist Juan ManuelCañizares.Malu has conquered his audience with talent, good songs and avoice stream of surprises and it has nothing to envy of otherinternational artists. In his records adds some flamenco flavormaking each launch a unique and special.<br />
